Speranza RT e vaccino: “RT sceso a 1.18, il 2 dicembre presento piano vaccini”

Speranza RT – Le dichiarazioni del ministro della Salute, Roberto Speranza, sull’RT in calo in Italia e sulla campagna dei vaccini anti Covid. Le ultime notizie sul coronavirus in Italia dalla politica tutte le ultime news.

“Dobbiamo resistere ancora per alcuni mesi, ma Covid verrà sconfitto grazie alla ricerca scientifica”.

Lo ha detto il ministro della Salute, Roberto Speranza, parlando all’incontro online ‘La sanità futura tra innovazione e ricerca’, organizzato da Rcs Academy.

La conclusione della sperimentazione dei vaccini e la loro distribuzione, ha detto “ci consentirà di aprire una fase diversa”. 

“Io sarò in Parlamento il 2 dicembre per presentare il piano strategico dei vaccini che stiamo costruendo, ha precisato”.

“L’Italia ha iniziato a lavorare dal mese di maggio per promuovere un’iniziativa europea nel campo dei vaccini. E’ stato il primo motore dell’iniziativa della Commissione europea che ha iniziato a costruire contatti con le aziende farmaceutiche che stanno sviluppando vaccini“.

Speranza RT: “Segnali incoraggianti ma non possiamo permetterci leggerezze”

“Non possiamo permetterci un’altra ondata all’inizio del 2021, per questo deve rimanere la massima prudenza”.

Per Speranza “la situazione è ancora molto seria con una pressione ancora significativa sul Servizio sanitario nazionale, la circolazione del virus è ancora alta e quindi non possiamo abbassare la guardia“.

E’ tuttavia vero che da alcune settimane, ha aggiunto, “si vedono dei segnali incoraggianti, con l’Rt sceso da 1,7 a 1,4, 1,18 nella scorsa settimana, ed è possibile che in questa settimana ci sia ancora un numero più basso. L’Rt più basso si traduce in una situazione più incoraggiante anche per accessi ai pronto soccorso e posti letto occupati in area medica e terapia intensiva, dove si inizia a segnalare un primo elemento di controtendenza”.

La situazione è quindi molto seria, ha continuato, “non possiamo abbassare la guardia e permetterci leggerezze. Le misure che abbiamo adottato nelle ultime settimane stanno iniziando a dare degli effetti. Abbiamo un segnale di stabilizzazione e riduzione dell’Rt, che è il primo segnale di una pressione che sarà più bassa nelle prossime settimane. La partita è ancora molto dura, ma stiamo percorrendo la strada nella direzione giusta, senza commettere leggerezze e fughe in avanti”.

Sul vaccino

Speranza ha ribadito la sua “grandissima fiducia nelle agenzie regolatorie preposte a garantire la sicurezza dei vaccini, che in Europa e Italia sono l’Ema e l’Aifa. Quando avranno completato il percorso, il vaccino reso disponibile sarà un vaccino sicuro, e noi dovremo lavorare per costruire una campagna di vaccinazione molto larga nel nostro paese”.

Non arriverà subito per tutti, ma all’inizio si avranno alcune milioni di dosi. Ad esempio da Pfizer ne arriveranno 3,4 milioni, e poiché ne servono due a persona, “si potranno vaccinare 1,7 milioni di persone. Partiremo da categorie più a rischio di prendere virus, come personale sanitario, anziani e chi ha più patologie”. E’ il percorso, ha concluso, “che ci consentirà di aprire una fase diversa”.

A differenza degli altri vaccini, il cui acquisto viene fatto a livello regionale, per l’anti-Covid “l’acquisto – ha precisato Speranza – sarà centralizzato e gestito dallo Stato”. Numerosi contratti sono stati sottoscritti “e altri saranno firmati a breve. Come Italia – ha annunciato – avremo il 13,65% dei vaccini già opzionati in sede europea”.

Sul MES

“Abbiamo presentato al Parlamento, sia alla Camera che al Senato – ha aggiunto –  un piano che potrà essere finanziato con tutte le leve di cui disponiamo, con il Bilancio dello Stato, il Recovery fund e il Mes, che per me è uno strumento a cui bisogna guardare con assoluta serenità. Bisogna chiudere con la stagione dei tagli e aprire una nuova grande stagione di investimenti”.
