Tutte le Regioni italiane migliorano in base al monitoraggio settimanale della Cabina di regia dell’Istituto superiore di Sanità e del ministero alla Salute.
Del resto l’Rt nazionale scende per la prima volta da settimane sotto l’1, cioè a 0,91%. Sono potenzialmente tutte in zona gialla e quindi il ministro della Salute Roberto Speranza ha firmato l’ordinanza con i passaggi verso zone con meno restrizioni rispetto a quella occupata adesso. Sarà operativa da domenica.
Cambio colore: ecco le zone incluse
Campania, Provincia autonoma di Bolzano, Val d’Aosta e Toscana non saranno più rosse, ma arancioni (come già Basilicata, Calabria, Lombardia e Piemonte) da domenica. Nello stesso giorno Emilia-Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Marche, Puglia e Umbria smetteranno di essere arancioni e diventeranno gialle (come già Lazio, Liguria, Molise, Trento, Sardegna, Sicilia e Veneto). L’unica a restare zona rossa è l’Abruzzo, che è entrata per ultima in questa zona. Se si prosegue con questi numeri, che sono ovunque in discesa, venerdì prossimo le Regioni e Province gialle passeranno da 12 a 16.
Miglioramento in tutto il Paese
Questi sono gli Rt delle varie realtà locali: Abruzzo 0,85, Basilicata 0,76, Calabria 1,06, Campania 0,74, Emilia-Romagna 0,99, Friuli 0,92, Lazio 1,04, Liguria 0,68, Lombardia 0,93, Marche 0,74, Molise 1,38, Piemonte 0,72, Provincia di Bolzano 0,8, Provincia di Trento 0,83, Puglia 0,89, Sardegna 0,61, Sicilia 0,79, Toscana 1,01, Umbria 0,71, Val d’Aosta 0,79, Veneto 1,13. L’unica Regione ad avere un Rt, e quindi uno scenario, che la porterebbe in zona arancione è il Molise, che però ha un rischio moderato, che quindi la fa finire comunque in zona gialla. Sono quattro le realtà che hanno in Rt superiore a uno, significa che in tutte le altre la curva dei nuovi casi è in discesa. Tra tutte, il rischio alto lo hanno solo Puglia, Sardegna e Calabria (perché non ha dati completi).
“Si osserva complessivamente – dicono gli esperti della Cabina di regia – un miglioramento dell’epidemia sul territorio nazionale con riduzione della velocità di trasmissione, riduzione dell’incidenza calcolata negli ultimi 14 giorni e diminuzione nelle ospedalizzazioni in area medica e in terapia intensiva”. L’incidenza però è ancora troppo elevata per avere “una gestione sostenibile”.
Vietato rilassarsi
Come è sempre accaduto nelle ultime settimane, gli esperti della Cabina di regia, invitano i cittadini a rispettare tutte le misure per la prevenzione della malattia. Perché non ci sia “un rilassamento prematuro”. Inoltre viene confermata “la necessità di mantenere la drastica riduzione delle interazioni fisiche tra le persone. È fondamentale che la popolazione eviti tutte le occasioni di contatto con persone al di fuori del proprio nucleo abitativo che non siano strettamente necessarie e di rimanere a casa il più possibile“. L’ultimo Dpcm ha fatto sua questa indicazione, applicandola al periodo natalizo. “Si ricorda che è obbligatorio adottare comportamenti individuali rigorosi e rispettare le misure igienico-sanitarie predisposte relative a distanziamento e uso corretto delle mascherine”.
Regioni e Province sono invitate a realizzare una continua analisi del rischio a livello sub-regionale. Di questo tema si parla da tempo e si è anche ipotizzato di creare zona con restrizioni più o meno severe all’interno delle singole Regioni. Per questo la Cabina di regia chiede che venga sempre tenuto sotto controllo l’andamento dell’epidemia nelle varie aree.
