La Corte d’Assise d’Appello conferma a 24 anni di carcere, (come stabilito in primo grado) nel processo bis.
Chi dovrà scontarli è Valentino Talluto, il 36enne sieropositivo finito a processo per aver contagiato decine di partner con rapporti sessuali non protetti.
I giudici hanno inserito nel computo della condanna quattro casi, di altrettante persone, per i quali, i giudici del primo appello avevano assolto l’imputato.
Il 30 ottobre scorso, la Cassazione aveva confermato la condanna a 22 anni ricevuta da Talluto in appello, chiedendo un nuovo processo per aggiungere i quattro casi non riconosciuti dalla prima sentenza di secondo grado.

Talluto è finito alla sbarra perché accusato di aver contagiato decine di persone.
Nessuna delle oltre quaranta vittime dell’uomo sapeva quanto rischiava perché a nessuna Talluto aveva detto di essere sieropositivo.
A tutte chiedeva di non usare il profilattico, per provare maggior piacere durante i rapporti, e tante, lo accontentavano.
I fatti presi in esame nel processo sono avvenuti tra il 2006, quando l’uomo ha saputo di essere sieropositivo dopo aver fatto un test HIV, e il 2015.
Dopo aver avuto certezza della sua condizione, l’uomo ha continuato ad avere rapporti, occasionali e non, sempre senza protezioni.
Secondo le accuse, non si sottoponeva a terapia retrovirale, teneva nascosta la sua condizione, infettava volontariamente chi lo amava.
Così, senza mai un ripensamento, per nove anni ha fatto del male a decine di persone che gli erano vicine, passandogli l’AIDS.
L’indagine, portata avanti dalla sezione di polizia giudiziaria del tribunale di Roma e prima nel suo genere in Italia, è partita dalla denuncia di una delle vittime.
Dopo aver sentito da alcuni amici in comune che l’uomo era sieropositivo, la donna lo ha incalzato chiedendo di sapere la verità.
Lui negava ma quando lei, dopo essersi sottoposta al test, ha scoperto di essere sieropositiva, lo ha denunciato.
Era la primavera del 2015, il giovane aveva avuto nel corso degli anni, rapporti non protetti con decine di donne, quasi tutte giovani tra i 22 e i 30 anni, una delle quali aveva 14 anni quando aveva fatto l’amore con lui.
