Omicidio Vannini – Arriva la sentenza bis per Ciontoli e la sua famiglia. Le ultime notizie di cronaca in tempo reale dall’Italia e dal mondo ed il caso Vannini, con la sentenza bis per la famiglia Ciontoli.
14 anni. Questa la sentenza che condanna Antonio Ciontoli, colpevole di aver sparato Marco Vannini, togliendogli la vita, a soli 20 anni.
9 anni e 4 mesi è invece la condanna per la famiglia Ciontoli, come decretato dalla sentenza del processo d’Appello bis per l’omicidio di Marco Vannini.
“Chiedo perdono, sono l’unico responsabile. Prego tutti voi di ascoltarmi senza pregiudizi, sono diventato fragile e vulnerabile”, ha detto scoppiando lacrime Antonio Ciontoli a conclusione dell’ultima udienza.
Come riportato dal sito web de Le Iene, quest’ultimo si è presentato in aula sorretto da una stampella e coperto da occhiali da sole e mascherina.
Il procuratore Vincenzo Saverino aveva chiesto 14 anni per omicidio volontario per lui e con dolo eventuale per il resto della famiglia (in subordine un pena a 9 anni e 4 mesi per i familiari).
Secondo la ricostruzione processuale, a sparare nella villetta di Ladispoli è stato Antonio Ciontoli.
In casa quella sera c’erano anche il figlio Federico con la fidanzata Viola, unica assolta finora e sentita come teste nella prima udienza del processo bis, assieme alla moglie Maria Pezzillo e all’altra figlia Martina.
“Tra il comportamento di Antonio e quello di Federico c’è differenza”, ha detto la difesa del figlio di Ciontoli.
“Non credo al piano volto a salvaguardare il lavoro di Ciontoli, ma se così fosse Federico l’ha sabotato”.
“Si è impegnato a salvare Marco e ha cercato di costringere il padre a chiamare i soccorsi. Sono dati di fatto, il comportamento di Federico è diverso e opposto da quello del padre”, ha concluso il legale.
Per la Cassazione le circostanze della morte di Marco erano prevedibili. “Tutti hanno aderito, con la certezza che così Marco non si sarebbe salvato”, ha detto il pg. “I 110 minuti dal colpo al quando Ciontoli non parla al Pit fa configurare il dolo eventuale. La condotta dei Ciontoli, allo scopo di salvaguardare il posto di lavoro di Antonio”.
Omicidio Vannini, la precedente udienza
Nella precedente udienze la difesa ha chiesto l’assoluzione per tutta la famiglia Ciontoli e la condanna per omicidio colposo per Antonio Ciontoli parlando di “una sentenza già scritta per fare un favore agli italiani”.
“Senza le intercettazioni e i video sarebbe stato un banale incidente domestico, o il vangelo secondo Ciontoli. Non si possono lamentare dell’indignazione per la verità che intendono propinarci le difese”, ha detto l’avvocato dei Vannini, Celestino Gnazi. “Nessun pietismo fuori luogo. Nessun accanimento, ma sono state concesse delle attenuanti inconcepibili. Dovremmo essere qui a parlare di una pena per Antonio di 21 anni”.
Nel primo Appello il padre della fidanzata di Marco era stato condannato a 5 anni per omicidio colposo, dopo che in primo grado la condanna era stata a 14 anni per omicidio volontario. In Appello era stata confermata la condanna a 3 anni per omicidio colposo per la moglie Maria Pezzillo e i due figli Federico e Martina. Poi la Cassazione il 7 febbraio 2020 ha annullato l’Appello e disposto questo Appello bis.
Antonio Ciontoli aveva parlato di “ingiurie e cattiverie” da parte dei giornalisti chiedendo un giudizio “depurato da qualsiasi influenza” augurandosi che quanto accaduto “per un irreparabile errore non possa più accadere. Sento quanto sia insopportabile perché innaturale dover accettare la morte di un ragazzo di 20 anni”.
Sentenza Ciontoli, le parole della madre di Marco: “Dopo 5 anni ottenuto giustizia”
A margine della sentenza bis, ha parlato la madre di Marco.
“Oggi finalmente dopo più di 5 anni siamo riusciti ad ottenere quella giustizia che aspettavamo. Ho avuto l’adrenalina fino all’ultimo momento, c’avevo una paura dentro. Però ci confidavo in fin dei conti. Io non ho mai avuto sete di vendetta, volevo soltanto la giustizia, giustizia e verità”, ha rivelato.
“Quella verità però purtroppo se l’è portata dietro Marco. Quella che raccontano i Ciontoli non è la verità storica, è la verità processuale. Quello in cui io confidavo era la giustizia”.
La madre del Vannini ha poi concluso: “Cosa farò da domani? Inizierò a vivere il mio lutto in maniera più serena. Fino ad oggi il nostro lutto è stato aggravato, volevamo la giustizia. Finalmente da domani inizierò ad elaborare il lutto con più serenità, la giustizia ha fatto il suo corso. Certo non è ancora finita, sicuramente i loro avvocati torneranno in cassazione”.
