Burioni a Che Tempo Che Fa risponde alle domande di Fabio Fazio sul Covid. Le ultime notizie sul coronavirus in tempo reale e sulle mascherine e i vaccini consigliati da Roberto Burioni in diretta a Rai3 da Fazio.

Roberto Burioni, virologo ormai noto al pubblico italiano, è tornato da Fazio negli studi di “Che Tempo Che Fa”, in onda su Rai3 (e non più su Rai1).

Burioni viene spesso contestato, ed a volte persino insultato, da una parte di pubblico da lui definito “negazionista”.

Anche stavolta il medico ha fatto parlare di sè, tanto che dopo la puntata sono spuntati sui social commenti del tipo: “Annuncia la pausa dalla tv e torna immediatamente quando è l’amichetto Fazio a chiamare!”.

Nonostante la scelta discussa Burioni ha, come sempre quando va a “CTCF”, attirato molti telespettatori.

Interpellato sul Covid, il virologo ha risposto alle domande del conduttore, parlando di vaccini, mascherine e comportamenti da seguire.

Burioni a Che Tempo Che Fa, l’intervista di domenica 27 settembre

Fabio Fazio ha iniziato con una domanda sulla scuola: “Alcune cose si sta provando a tenerle sotto controllo, con altre non si riesce…”

“Ad esempio non si riescono a fare tamponi prima di entrare in classe, insomma secondo lei stiamo correndo dei rischi?“

Burioni ha risposto: “Premessa fondamentale da dire subito anche ai genitori, se vostri figli non stanno perfettamente bene, se voi non state bene, non mandateli a scuola e non andate a lavoro”.

Il medico ha continuato con un appello alle autorità sanitarie: “Il tampone deve essere eseguito subito ed il risultato deve essere disponibile prontamente, non ci possono volere 4-5 giorni“.

Poi Fazio prova a passare alla seconda domanda sull’importanza del vaccino antinfluenzale da sempre sostenuto dal virologo ma viene interrotto dal suo ospite.

Burioni precisa sull’argomento: “Mi faccia fare una premessa, dato che mi hanno accusato di avere un conflitto di interessi, io preciso che non ho alcun interesse in niente che abbia a che fare con vaccino antinfluenzale o anche lontanamente con il Covid-19. Non produco farmaci e non sono consluente di case farmaceutiche, ci tenevo a precisarlo”.

“Detto questo, ribadisco che è molto importante il vaccino antifluenzale per 2 motivi“, ha dichiarato il medico.

“Il primo è che i sintomi di influenza e Covid sono sovrapponibili e questo rischia di sovraccaricare i laboratori, con il vaccino si può scongiurare questa situazione“.

“Il secondo motivo è che l’infezione contemporanea di influenza e Covid-19 può portare ad una sindrome molto più grave“.

A questo punto Fazio espone il problema della reperibilità dei vaccini antinfluenzali: “Mi pare di capire siano meno reperibili nelle farmacie a causa dell’alta richiesta, sono disponibili sono nelle strutture sanitarie delle regioni?”

Burioni risponde: “Non possiamo da un lato dire vaccinatevi e poi non si trova il vaccino. Enti preposti facciano in modo che siano reperibii“.

Fazio cambia argomento: “Leggo di mascherine obbligatorie in Sicilia anche all’aperto, cosa ne pensa?”

Roberto Burioni dice: “All’aperto il virus si trasmette meno ma può capitare“.

“Negli ambienti chiusi invece bisogna stare molto attenti. Senza mascherina, o vicini, lì ci possono essere guai grossi“, spiega il virologo.

Fazio: “Sulla vicenda riapertura stadi, lei è favorevole o contrario?“

Burioni: “Sono scelte politiche, su queste non voglio entrarci. Ovvio che bisogna valutare la situazione e gli assembramenti costituiscono un rischio“.

Infine Roberto Burioni spiega un grafico mostrato da Fazio negli studi di Rai 3: “Questo è uno studio fatto da Nature. Si è calcolato che senza lockdown più dell’85% delle persone si sarebbe infettato“.

Fazio saluta il virologo affermando: “Ci hai promesso che in caso ci fosse bisogno ritornerai“.

Burioni ha risposto: “Si, se ci saranno notizie… spero buone – sorride – sarò qua di nuovo. Dobbiamo continuare ad essere prudenti“.
