Omicidio Willy, fratelli Bianchi – Minacce, insulti e sputi dai detenuti: richiesto ed ottenuto l’isolamento

Omicidio Willy, fratelli Bianchi – Ultime notizie sull’omicidio di Willy Monteiro Duarte e gli indagati fratelli Bianchi, attualmente in carcere.

Lo strazio della morte di Willy è destinato a rimanere dentro ognuno di noi per tanto tempo.

Dopo i tanti messaggi per Willy e per la sua famiglia, ora le ultime news sono tutte sui 4 indagati per l’omicidio dell’italo-capoverdiano.

Tra i quattro risultano anche i fratelli Bianchi: i due, che praticavano MMA, sono stati portati nel carcere di Rebibbia.

Tra richieste e domande, i fratelli Bianchi hanno fatto parlare molto.

Come riportato da “Il Messaggero”, i due, appena arrestati, avrebbero chiesto alle forze dell’ordine, poco prima di entrare a Rebibbia: “Ma qui possiamo bere solo acqua del rubinetto?”

I fratelli, come si può vedere dalle foto, sono ossessionati dalla forma fisica e dalla cura del proprio corpo. Non poter bere acqua minerale, a quanto pare, sarà dura per loro.

Ciò che però spaventa fortemente i fratelli Bianchi non è solo l’acqua ma il clima che si respira in carcere.

I due, sempre come riportato da “Il Messaggero”, sarebbero rimasti shockati dal passaggio davanti agli altri detenuti di Rebibbia che, in maniera poco carina, li avrebbero minacciati ed insultati.

Inoltre, sembra che gli stessi detenuti, infervorati dalla notizia del pestaggio a Willy, abbiano accolto i fratelli con sputi, in barba alle norme anti-Covid.

Per i motivi sopracitati, i fratelli Bianchi, tramite i loro avvocati hanno chiesto ed ottenuto l’isolamento in carcere.

Ciò però non basta agli avvocati dei Bianchi (e di Pincarelli, altro indagato).

I legali, pare, presenteranno il ricorso al Riesame contro l’ordinanza di custodia cautelare in carcere.

Gli avvocati Pica cercheranno di confutare le ragioni che hanno portato a cambiare il capo di imputazione da omicidio preterintenzionale a volontario.

Sarà quindi compito del Riesame decidere se rigettare la richiesta o accoglierla. In quest’ultimo caso i tre assistiti potrebbero avere i domiciliari.

Fino a questo momento Francesco Belleggia è l’unico ad aver avuto gli arresti domiciliari dopo che aveva svelato il patto del silenzio avvenuto sull’Audi Q7, subito dopo la morte di Willy.
