Ispezione dei carabinieri disposta dalla procura di Mazara del Vallo a casa di Anna Corona, ex moglie di Pietro Pulizzi, papà biologico di Denise Pipitone, e mamma di Jessica, già finita sotto processo con l’accusa di concorso in sequestro di persona, prima di essere assolta in tutti e tre gradi di giudizio. I militari si sono recati questa mattina nell’abitazione della donna per “accertare lo stato dei luoghi”.
Nei giorni scorsi, i magistrati avevano riaperto il caso sulla scomparsa della bambina dalla cittadina siciliana avvenuta nel 2004, dopo aver ascoltato alcune persone. L’edificio in questione, in cui è ancora in corso l’operazione, è disabitato da tempo. La casa da anni non rientra più nelle disponibilità di Corona ed è stata acquistata da una famiglia che vive all’estero. L’unica nota ufficiale sulla perquisizione dice che il sopralluogo è stato disposto dalla Procura di Marsala “per verificare lo stato dei luoghi e se sono stati effettuati lavori edili”.

Fonti di stampa avevano comunicato nelle scorse ore che al vaglio degli inquirenti ci sarebbe stata una segnalazione che sarebbe arrivata al palazzo di giustizia da parte di un anonimo che ha parlato di una misteriosa botola e di alcuni “strani” lavori di ristrutturazione. Come riporta il Giornale di Sicilia, infatti, la segnalazione farebbe riferimento alla possibile presenza del cadavere della piccola Denise, celata da un muro costruito appositamente all’interno dell’abitazione. Indiscrezione, quest’ultima, che però non ha trovato alcuna conferma ufficiale da parte della Procura e che è stata prontamente smentita da fonti investigative.
La stessa indiscrezione è anche emersa nel corso della trasmissione di Rai 2 Ore 14 alla quale stava partecipando anche la mamma di Denise, Piera Maggio, e il suo avvocato Giacomo Frazzitta. È stato proprio quest’ultimo, nel corso della trasmissione, a rendere noto di avere ricevuto un link con la pubblicazione dell’indiscrezione che non ha però trovato alcuna conferma ufficiale da parte della Procura. Il legale ha stigmatizzato la fuga di notizie, mentre la mamma di Denise, visibilmente provata, ha chiesto di abbandonare la trasmissione.
L’ispezione a casa di Anna Corona
I carabinieri della Sezione investigazioni scientifiche del comando provinciale erano già stati più volte a casa di Anna Corona già nel 2004. Il sospetto, all’epoca, era che la donna avesse aiutato la figlia Jessica nel suo piano di vendetta contro la piccola Denise. Ipotesi poi caduta con l’assoluzione della ragazza. Eppure oggi gli inquirenti sono tornati di nuovo in quello stabile di via Pirandello a Mazara. Intanto, il procuratore Vincenzo Pantaleo e i sostituti Roberto Piscitello e Giuliana Rana stanno riesaminando la vecchia indagine. Nei giorni scorsi hanno anche ascoltato l’ex pm Maria Angioni, ora giudice a Sassari per verificare eventuali depistaggi avvenuti nel corso dell’inchiesta. L’ex pm aveva infatti dichiarato di avere avuto il sospetto di fughe di notizie e in particolare che alle persone intercettate venisse riferito che i loro telefoni erano sotto controllo.
