Stanno facendo una campagna di sciacallaggio politico sulla nostra Regione ma oggi abbiamo da pensare ad altro e prendere decisioni forti, definitive ed efficaci per far fronte ad una situazione diventata pesante.
Ogni giorno che passa si aggrava l’epidemia, non abbiamo un’ora da perdere.
Comunicherò al Governo la mia richiesta di lockdown Nazionale ma noi, in Campania, sicuramente andremo alla chiusura di tutto!
Per l’Italia deciderà il Governo, per la Campania noi abbiamo le responsabilità.
Chiudere tutto tranne attività essenziali.
Bloccare la mobilità inter-regionale e tra comuni.
Dobbiamo fare come a marzo.
Oggi dobbiamo decidere perchè è oggi che siamo ad un passo dalla tragedia.
Io non voglio trovarmi i camion che portano le bare.
Da oggi chiedo a tutti di sentirvi solo esseri umani a difendere la vita delle vostre famiglie e vostri figli.
La situazione che abbiamo oggi in Campania è questa: 2280 positivi su circa 15mila tamponi: 14,5% di contagi rispetto al 12% di ieri.
Finora abbiamo fatto un miracolo in Campania, anche grazie alla professionalità del nostro personale sanitario.
De Luca mostra (foto allegata qui sotto) una tac polmonare: “Ecco cosa significa il Covid, questa è una forma grave. Le parti bianche sono quelle che hanno perso funzioni respiratorie. E’ una situazione gravissima su cui nessuno più può scherzare!”
Dobbiamo chiudere per un mese o 40 giorni! In Germania stanno facendo così: si chiude per un mese e poi si lavora per far scendere il contagio, poi si riapre e si valuta la situazione.
Oggi abbiamo ancora una situazione degli asintomatici che non è gravissima, ma questo dato non ci deve confortare perchè come il dato cresce, aumentano i numeri dei malati gravi.
L’apertura delle scuole e la stagione influenzale sono elementi che a marzo non c’erano.
Assolutamente prevedibile che avremo un aggravamento per ragioni oggettive.
Chiedo ai medici di medicina generale a filtrare i pazienti e di aiutarli in isolamento domiciliare.
Dovremo chiedere aiuto anche alle cliniche private. Dobbiamo fare convenzioni ad hoc.
Per quanto riguarda i tamponi abbiamo tempi ancora troppo lunghi per comunicare i risultati.
Ora stiamo lavorando ASL per ASL, laboratorio per laboratorio per consentire invio dei risultati entro 12 ore. Sarebbe un miracolo!
Abbiamo deciso di fare i tamponi a tutti i 34mila cittadini di Arzano: quelli dalla lettera A alla lettera M possono andare a fare i tamponi nella scuola sede elettorale. Quelli dalla M alla Z da lunedì.
Abbiamo notato alcuni comportamenti scorretti da parte dei laboratori privati. Alcuni cittadini chiedono di non comunicare all’ASL i risultati per continuare a tornare a lavoro. Abbiamo chiesto a NAS e Carabinieri di indagare. I titolari, nel caso, andranno in galera.
Ci sono laboratori che operano male solo a titolo speculativo, per spillare soldi sulla salute dei cittadini.
Chiediamo ai cittadini di darci il loro numero di cellulare, in modo da migliorare il contact tracing.
Proprio il tracciamento è diventato impossibile. Quando ai migliaia di positivi al giorno diventa impossibile tracciare tutti i contatti che si sono creati!
Siamo la prima Regione d’Italia che ha cominciato la campagna di vaccinazione influenzale… questo gli sciacalli non ve lo dicono! C’è sciacallaggio sulla Regione Campania.
Bisogna vaccinarsi, altrimenti la gente va in ospedale con i sintomi del Covid e magari ha l’influenza. Evitiamo di sovraccaricare il sistema sanitario.
Sulle scuole ho sentito delle stupidaggini immense: “Le scuole sono le ultime cose da chiudere ho sentito…”.
Le cose da chiudere sono dettate dal numero di contagi, non dagli ideologismi!
Cerchiamo di potenziare le didattiche a distanza, altrimenti i ragazzi poi contagiano le famiglie.
Se qualcuno ha qualche risposta migliore alla gestione della pandemia ci dica pure… noi accettiamo le proposte intelligenti, ma finora abbiamo sentito solo cose di una banalità estrema!
Vorrei dire una cosa alle mamme non tanto piacevole. Nessuna si è presentata dicendo che manderebbe i figli a scuola in queste condizioni! Lasciamo perdere, dovrei dire cose pesanti.
E’ l’ora delle decisioni importanti. Per quanto mi riguarda non si apre alla mobilità personale.
Pongo una domanda alle mamme ed i papà una domanda difficile: “Qual è l’alternativa?”
Vi daremo nei prossimi giorni le informazioni ed i dati dell’Unità di Crisi.
Ora ci sono delle decisioni da prendere. Qualcuno di noi deciderà e lo farà sulla base di quello che dicono epidemiologi ed esperti.
E’ ovvio che quando si prendono decisioni drastiche ci sono ripercussioni pesanti sull’economia.
E’ inevitabile che ci sarà una ricaduta sulle attività commerciali.
Ora al Governo lo dico, non si parla più di chiudere o aprire… si chiude!
L’unica cosa che possiamo fare è approvare un vero piano di aiuti economici.
La Campania è stata quella che ha aiutato economicamente più di tutta la nazione!
Chiedo formalmente al Governo di creare un piano di aiuto economico valido.
Non c’è niente da fare, questo è il nostro destino! Dobbiamo dare il coraggio ad un Paese che spesso non ne ha, anzi spesso dobbiamo prendere per primi le decisioni difficili poi copiate anche da altri.
Mi rendo conto della sofferenza e dei sacrifici ma qual è l’alternativa? Il tempo è arrivato… bisogna chiudere oggi.
Se chiudiamo oggi forse possiamo immaginare una riapertura parziale a Natale.
Se dobbiamo chiudere meglio chiudere oggi! In un mese che non ha una grande vivacità commerciale.
Persone intellettualmente oneste capiscono che non abbiamo alternative.
Momento difficile che dobbiamo affrontare da persone responsabili, da uomini e da umani.
Siamo parte di un’unica umanità, cerchiamo di essere uniti.
