“Non stiamo dando schiaffi a nessuno. Non c’è una deliberata volontà di penalizzare qualcuno”, ha detto il premier Giuseppe Conte parlando del Dpcm nel corso della sua partecipazione al food festival del Corriere della Sera.
“Il virus è un treno che corre, oggi c’è bisogno di ulteriori riduttori della velocità”, altrimenti “questo treno ci viene addosso”, ha detto Conte parlando del Dpcm.
“Oggi con il Consiglio dei ministri entrano le misure del dl ristori bis”, ha detto ancora Conte rispondendo a chef Bottura. Tra le misure del decreto Conte cita “la sospensione della seconda rata Imu”.

“Un intervento sull’Iva così secco, al 4%, prevede un’esposizione di spesa eccessiva, la vedo complicata. Vedo una rimodulazione dell’Iva nell’ambito di una più complessiva riforma fiscale”.
“Nel decreto ristori bis ci sarà un fondo ad hoc per mettere risorse in caso di variazioni tra zone gialle, arancioni e rosse”, ha detto Conte al mastershow “Ristoranti, una questione politica”, nell’ambito di “Cibo a Regola d’Arte”, il food festival del “Corriere della Sera”.
Nel dl ristori bis “c’è il credito di imposta al 60% sugli affitti, di ottobre, novembre, dicembre, lo stop dei contributi previdenziali per i dipendenti e il rinvio dei versamenti per chi ha gli Isa, gli indici sintetici di affidabilità”. In sostanza, spiegano fonti del governo, l’impianto del decreto ristori bis sarà molto simile al precedente decreto ristori presentando, tra le novità, il rinvio dei versamenti Isa.
“Come avrete visto ci siamo resi conti che i ristori messi in campo erano modesti e li abbiamo raddoppiati, moltiplicati. Chi ha già ricevuto dei contributi, li può raddoppiare. Faccio un esempio: un piccolo ristorante che nel precedente lockdown aveva ricevuto 2600 euro va a prendere 5200. Abbiamo moltiplicato i contributi a fondo perduto e rispetto alle nostre deliberazioni bastano all’agenzia delle Entrate un paio di settimane per accreditare i fondi sui conti correnti”.
