Diretta De Luca oggi – Vincenzo De Luca parla dalla sede della Regione Campania per aggiornare i cittadini sulle prossime misure anti Covid e per commentare il DPCM. Ecco le parole del presidente De Luca:
“Abbiamo parecchie novità su cui riflettere. A cominciare dalla decisione del governo di definire delle zone con diversità di rischio di contagio nel nostro paese. La Campania è stata collocata in zona gialla, a differenza di altre zone arancioni o rosse”.
“Questa classificazione ha determinato qualche sorpresa. C’era molta gente che si aspettava una diversa classificazione. Premesso che a me le classificazioni non fanno nè caldo nè freddo. Noi ci siamo dati una linea chiara, lavoriamo per perseguire questi obiettivi”.

“Qualcuno quasi si aspettava o voleva che la Campania fosse inserita nelle zone rosse. Credo che si sia determinato un po’ questo fenomeno. Per due mesi abbiamo subito un attacco mediatico. Descrivendo una sanità campana falsa. Poi hanno fatto finta di sorprendersi”.
“Qualche imbecille di amministratore della Campania viene invitato in questi giorni e parla solo male di Napoli e della Campania. Amministratori che magari non hanno fatto niente per le loro città, senza alzare un dito”.
“Vorrei lanciare ai nostri concittadini un appello all’unità, alla responsabilità e all’orgoglio di Napoli e della Campania. L’orgoglio! Per il lavoro che stiamo facendo. Non perché non abbiamo problemi. Poi vi dirò nel merito parlando un linguaggio di verità come sempre, senza addolcire la pillola per nessuno. Stiamo facendo un ennesimo miracolo campano“.
“Partiamo dai dati. Ho sentito qualcuno dubitare dei dati. Vediamo di capirci. In questi 2 mesi si sono confrontate in Italia due linee. Per affrontare il Covid intendo. Una linea che puntava alla prevenzione, e una linea che puntava a misure parziali che seguivano il contagio”.
“In questi mesi tutta la comunicazione italiana era orientata a minimizzare, o ad alimentare il malessere, la protesta. Era difficile anche per il Governo fare scelte rigorose. La mia opinione è che ci vuole coraggio quando si governa. Oggi, avendo perduto settimane preziose di tempo, credo che abbiamo il dovere di essere uniti nel nostro paese e di fare tutto ciò che è nelle nostre possibilità per vincere la battaglia contro il Covid”.
“Veniamo ai dati. Perché la Campania si trova in questa situazione e perché i dati sono questi. Ancora ieri ho dichiarato che avrei preferito una scelta unitaria per tutto il paese. E’ stato un atto di sensibilità rispetto alle regioni in zona rossa. Ma forse non ci siamo capiti, qualcuno ha equivocato. Io ero ieri per una linea unitaria perchè sono per la linea della prevenzione. Vorrei che fosse chiaro che quella mia posizione non si presta ad equivoci, i dati sono i dati. Per tutti!”.
“Dati dei ricoveri, terapie intensive e deceduti. Il Governo ragiona su questi numeri. Lombardia, 5318 ricoveri, Campania 1600. Se avessimo avuto le percentuali della Lombardia, avremmo dovuto avere più di 3000 ricoveri. Terapie intensive: Lombardia 522 ricoveri, Campania 174. Deceduti: Lombardia 18.000, Piemonte 4520, Campania 756. La Campania ha il tasso di mortalità più basso d’Italia tra le grandi regioni”.
“Quando ho detto la Campania segue la sua linea, perché la Campania da sempre ha scelto la linea della prevenzione. Cioè la valutazione che facciamo noi è questa. Siccome siamo la regione più a rischio d’Italia per la densità abitativa, dobbiamo arrivare prima degli altri e con più rigore degli altri”.
“Per essere più chiari, non dobbiamo aspettare il momento in cui il contagio diventa esplosivo. Ma dobbiamo intervenire prima. Lo so che è più difficile attuare decisioni dure prima che il problema scoppi, ma se non si fa così è assolutamente inutile”.
“Noi abbiamo fatto una scelta per salvarci, e andremo avanti in questa linea coerentemente. Il Governo ha preso una linea diversa, una linea legata alla progressività. Io credo che questo atteggiamento non sia efficace. Ho detto in questi giorni che avrei preferito una linea unitaria per il paese. Avrei preferito la chiusura di un mese di tutto, per frenare il contagio. Anziché avere un calvario di ordinanze, decreti, una ogni 48 ore. Che ha creato sconcerto tra i cittadini e conflitti tra le varie categorie economiche”.
“Oggi si corre ai ripari, ma in maniera tardiva secondo me. Si doveva bloccare la didattica in presenza già prima”.
“Se non stiamo attenti qui in Campania, settimana prossima rischiamo di finire in zona rossa. Quindi che l’attenzione sia massima! Dobbiamo tenere gli occhi aperti, dobbiamo fare tutti quanti insieme un grande sforzo unitario e collettivo per contenere il contagio.
“Faccio un appello ai sindaci dei comuni più grandi per ridurre del 50% la mobilità. Faccio appello ai cittadini, da oggi in poi tutto quello che succede è legato alla responsabilità di ogni cittadino. Ho visto che il sindaco di Salerno si predispone a chiudere per il fine settimana il lungomare e le aree di maggiore assembramento. Per un mese possiamo chiedere alle persone di non andare a passeggio quando è assolutamente inutile, non mi pare un sacrificio enorme da fare”.
“Comportatevi come se ci fosse il lockdown, ve lo chiedo per favore. Diamo questa manifestazione di responsabilità a tutti”.
