Benno Neumair oggi – La confessione inaspettata oggi 8 marzo 2021 da parte di Benno Neumair sull’omicidio ai suoi genitori: Peter Neumair e Laura Perselli. Le ultime notizie dall’Italia e dal mondo aggiornate 24 ore su 24 in tempo reale.

Benno Neumair ha confessato il duplice omicidio dei genitori, uccisi a Bolzano e gettati nel fiume Adige lo scorso 4 gennaio. La notizia arriva direttamente dalla procura di Bolzano, che in una nota parla di “due interrogatori nel corso dei quali l’indagato, alla presenza dei difensori, ha ammesso le sue responsabilità”.

Il contenuto due verbali – precisa il comunicato – “è stato desecretato” dalla stessa Procura contestualmente alla richiesta di un nuovo incidente probatorio finalizzato ad accertare le condizioni mentali di Benno, unico indagato e unico imputato per l’omicidio del padre Peter Neumair e della madre Laura Perselli.

Benno Neumair oggi, la svolta e la confessione

Ma veniamo alla svolta, e cioè alla confessione di Benno. Il 30enne istruttore di fitness, e insegnante di matematica, da quanto si apprende, avrebbe ammesso le sue responsabilità di fronte ai pm nel corso di due interrogatori ai quali è stato sottoposto nel carcere di Bolzano dove è detenuto dal 29 gennaio scorso. Una decisione maturata evidentemente dopo giorni di detenzione, e dopo che, più volte, Benno si era dichiarato innocente e estraneo alla scomparsa dei genitori. Sia direttamente sia attraverso i suoi legali, Flavio Moccia e Angelo Polo.

Da subito, era il 5 gennaio, i sospetti degli investigatori si erano indirizzati su di lui. All’inizio dell’indagine sul duplice delitto di via Castel Roncolo si era ipotizzato che Neumair avesse ucciso i genitori nell’appartamentino a piano terra che avevano pensato di affittare per il figlio.

Ma l’esame delle tracce di sangue, trovate invece nell’appartamento in cui Laura Perselli e Peter Neumair abitavano in via Castel Roncolo, ha poi portato gli inquirenti a conclusioni diverse. Il sangue apparterrebbe in particolare a Peter Neumair. E sempre al padre appartengono le tracce ematiche rinvenute sul ponte Ischia-Frizzi a sud di Bolzano.

Le dinamiche dell’omicidio ricostruite

Che cosa è successo la sera del 4 gennaio? Lo hanno ricostruito i carabinieri. Si pensa che Benno abbia strangolato prima il padre e poi la madre.

I segni trovati sul collo di Laura Perselli sembrano confermare quest’ipotesi. Benno avrebbe poi portato i corpi dei genitori in spalla fino in macchina.

Il corpo di Laura è stato trovato nell’Adige dopo diversi giorni mentre quello di Peter ancora non si trova.

“Le ricerche proseguiranno ulteriormente”. Questo si legge sempre nella nota diffusa dalla procura di Bolzano, dove si precisa che, al momento, non possono essere divulgati particolari sugli atti inviati al gip.
