Riforme, modifiche ed innovazioni ai decreti Salvini.
A richiedere tutto ciò, Nicola Zingaretti, leader del PD che, secondo quanto riportato dall’edizione online de Il Messaggero, avrebbe fatto pressing, all’indomani delle elezioni del 20 e 21 settembre, per mutare i precedenti decreti.
Di seguito alcune delle novità dell’ultima bozza del decreto sui migranti che dovrebbe approdare sul tavolo del Consiglio dei ministri per modificare i due decreti sicurezza di Salvini:
Nel titolo del decreto, composto da 9 articoli, non compare la parola sicurezza: “Disposizioni urgenti in materia di immigrazione, protezione internazionale e complementare, nonché in materia di diritto penale”.
La novità più importante, probabilmente, è quella riguardante le multe alle ONG.
Nel dettaglio: per le ONG che violino il divieto di navigazione spariscono le multe fino a un milione. Si scende da 10mila a 50mila euro e vengono fatte salve le operazioni di soccorso “tempestivamente comunicate”.
Inoltre, arriva un nuovo “sistema di accoglienza e integrazione” ed anche il ripristino della possibilità, per i richiedenti di protezione internazionale, di poter svolgere lavori di utilità sociale.
Da segnalare le parole della ministra Lamorgese: “Il decreto sicurezza, o immigrazione, dovranno essere esaminati in uno dei prossimi CDM“.
“Si verificheranno anche gli aspetti delle sanzioni alle Ong, che potrebbero anche diventare sanzioni di carattere penale. Ma è una strada che intraprenderemo con la modifica dei decreti”, ha dichiarato Lamorgese.
