Conte su restrizioni – Giuseppe Conte, presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri, ha parlato in una lunga video intervista ai microfoni de La Stampa. Conte si è soffermato sulle possibili nuove restrizioni nel periodo natalizio. Ecco alcune delle sue dichiarazioni più importanti:
“Le nostre misure stanno funzionando, abbiamo ripreso il controllo della curva epidemiologica. La stiamo tenendo sotto controllo. Il sistema delle zone sta funzionando. Abbiamo evitato un lockdown generalizzato, come invece sono costretti a fare altri paesi. Con queste misure ben calibrate e circoscritte stiamo reggendo bene questa seconda ondata”.

“Ovviamente dispiace per il numero elevato di decessi, questo è dovuto al fatto che la pandemia è esplosa per prima in Italia in tutto l’occidente. Ricordiamo tutti i sacrifici enormi che abbiamo fatto nella prima ondata. Adesso ci stiamo predisponendo a trascorrere le prossime settimane”.
“Per quanto riguarda il Natale, abbiamo già predisposto come sapete un piano di misure restrittive dedicate specificamente alle festività natalizie. Alla luce però dei suggerimenti del comitato tecnico scientifico, forse qualche ritocchino, qualche misura aggiuntiva, la potremmo introdurre. Ci stiamo riflettendo in questi giorni. Dobbiamo comunque scongiurare una terza ondata. Sarebbe pesante e penalizzante per tutti. Ci stiamo predisponendo per qualche correttivo e qualche piccola modifica aggiuntiva”.
“Preoccupato per assembramenti da shopping? Voglio lanciare 2 appelli agli italiani. Ho visto tanti assembramenti, questo non va assolutamente bene. Abbiamo fatto una scelta ben precisa, consentire anche nel periodo delle festività uno shopping e la possibilità di ricorrere alla consueta tradizione dello scambio dei doni e dei regali. Questo favorisce anche l’economia e dà una boccata d’ossigeno ad un settore molto depresso. Questo però deve essere accompagnato da un rispetto delle regole dei cittadini”.
“Quando diamo raccomandazioni ai cittadini, queste sono regole, ancorché non vincolanti perché non possiamo entrare nelle case private dei cittadini, ma sono essenziali da seguire per affrontare queste festività. Siamo venuti a sapere che qualcuno si sta organizzando per aggirare le regole, creare delle occasioni per festeggiamenti per l’ultimo dell’anno fa male. Chi partecipa a questi festeggiamenti e a questi veglioni, ha un comportamento irresponsabile. Fa del male a se e agli altri”.
“Noi dobbiamo tenerci pronti ad intervenire, l’impatto del vaccino si vedrà a primavera inoltrata. Dovremmo convivere con la pandemia a gennaio, febbraio e marzo. In quei mesi potrebbero esserci misure restrittive ulteriori. Dobbiamo sempre tenerci pronti per intervenire per le categorie più sofferenti. Anche in questi giorni si sta lavorando all’ennesimo decreto ristori e anche alla legge di bilancio”.
