Cruciale è l’aspetto della dinamica dell’omicidio e di quello che viene indicato come lo spostamento del corpo della ragazza.

Secondo quanto hanno ricostruito i militari dell’Arma, Pietro Morreale, 19 anni, accusato dell’omicidio dell’ex fidanzata, era al campo sportivo insieme a lei. E c’era parcheggiata la Fiat Punto. Nei pressi dell’impianto sportivo sono state trovate numerose tracce che dimostrerebbero che la ragazza sia stata data alla fiamme. Altro punto chiave. È da stabilire se il giovane di Caccamo sia stato aiutato da qualcuno. Nel lavandino di casa Morreale, al piano terra sono state trovate tracce ematiche riconducibili a Roberta. Anche nel freno a mano dell’auto i militari hanno trovato tracce riconducibili alla vittima. Nel campo sportivo infine sono state trovate parti di bottiglia contenente tracce di benzina. Stesse tracce trovate sui brandelli di vestiti, zip di cerniera e di reggiseno, tutti trovati al campo sportivo.

Un delitto scioccante per la crudele violenza subita da Roberta. Vanno ricordate le parole dell’avvocato della famiglia Siragusa, Giuseppe Canzone, che disse: «Ci siamo trovati di fronte ad un corpo martoriato dalle ustioni, come ha scritto il gip nel provvedimento di fermo, siamo molto provati per quello che abbiamo visto». I familiari della vittima chiedono giustizia.
