Nuova ordinanza De Luca 5 ottobre. Ultime notizie Coronavirus. Ultim’ora dalla Campania, c’è una nuova ordinanza emanata da Vincenzo De Luca, presidente della Regione Campania. Ecco la bozza del testo che sarà reso ufficiale in queste ore:
Nuova ordinanza De Luca 5 ottobre, restrizioni per bar e ristoranti
- Con decorrenza immediata e fino al 20 ottobre 2020, salva ogni ulteriore determinazione in
conseguenza dei provvedimenti statali adottandi ai sensi dell’art. 2 del decreto-legge n.19 del
2020, convertito in legge n.35 del 2020, e dell’andamento della situazione epidemiologica
quotidianamente rilevata:
1.1. È fatto obbligo ai bar, gelaterie, pasticcerie ed esercizi similari di chiusura dell’attività
dalle ore 23,00 alle ore 06,00 del giorno successivo, nei giorni da domenica a giovedì;
dalle ore 24,00 alle ore 6,00 del giorno successivo, nei giorni di venerdì e sabato.
Fanno
eccezione gli esercizi presenti all’interno di strutture di vendita all’ingrosso che osservano
orari notturni di esercizio.
Con l’entrata in vigore della presente disposizione è revocata la
previsione di cui al punto 1.2. dell’Ordinanza n.75 del 29 settembre 2020.
1.2.Ai ristoranti, pizzerie ed altri esercizi della ristorazione (pub, vinerie, kebab e similari), è fatto obbligo di prevedere l’ultimo ingresso dei clienti nonché degli avventori per asporto
alle ore 23,00, per l’intera settimana.
Le consegne a domicilio sono consentite senza limiti di orario.
- Per quanto non previsto dal presente provvedimento, restano confermate le disposizioni di cui all’Ordinanza n. 75 del 29 settembre 2020, pubblicata sul BURC in pari data e relativi
- Sono altresì confermate tutte le disposizioni di cui all’Ordinanza n.76 del 3 ottobre 2020, ivi
compresa la proroga:
3.1. dell’obbligo, su tutto il territorio regionale, di indossare la mascherina anche nei luoghi all’aperto, durante l’intero arco della giornata, a prescindere dalla distanza interpersonale, fatte salve le previsioni degli specifici protocolli di settore vigenti (ad esempio per le attività
di ristorazione, bar, sport all’aperto), approvati o prorogati con le ordinanze vigenti o riportati in allegato al DPCM 7 settembre 2020;
3.2. di tutte le disposizioni relative alle misure di sicurezza obbligatorie prescritte per i titolari e
gli utenti di esercizi commerciali, culturali, ricreativi, o comunque aperti al pubblico, ivi compreso l’obbligo di porre a disposizione, all’ingresso e all’interno dei locali, soluzioni idroalcoliche igienizzanti e di subordinare l’ingresso da parte degli utenti alla avvenuta
igienizzazione delle mani e alla protezione delle vie respiratorie attraverso l’uso della
mascherine
