Grave infortunio sul lavoro questa mattina poco dopo le 8.30 a Montebelluna. Un operaio di 23 anni è stato travolto e ucciso da un carico di quindici quintali in un cantiere edile in via Magellano. All’origine dell’infortunio il cedimento di un ponteggio  che ha travolto e schiacciato il giovane senza lasciargli scampo. I soccorsi intervenuti sul posto non hanno potuto fare nulla per strapparlo alla morte, perché tutto si è consumato in pochi terribili istanti. 

La vittima si chiama Mattia Battistetti, era residente a Montebelluna, in via Monte Monfenera 16, lavorava per la Altedil Ponteggi Trevignano, una ditta specializzata nella fornitura e nel montaggio dei ponteggi. Saputa della tragedia sul posto sono immediatamente giunti i genitori del povero ragazzo. Il cantiere dove è avvenuto l’infortunio è della Bordignon di Volpago del Montello.

Sul posto oltre al personale del Suem sono intervenuti i carabinieri e gli ispettori dello Spisal per verificare la dinamica dell’infortunio mortale ed eventuali responsabilità.
