Secondo quanto riportato da Sky Tg 24, ci sono ancora numerosi dettagli da limare prima di poter apporre la firma sul nuovo decreto. Scuola e possibile chiusura palestre sono i due punti che al momento stanno creando problemi di accordo tra Conte e gli altri ministri.

Conte: “Questo provvedimento dovrà consentirci di superare questa ondata di contagi. Dobbiamo agire mettendo in campo tutte le misure necessarie a scongiurare un altro lockdown. Il paese non può permettersi un’altra battuta d’arresto”.
“I sindaci dispongono la chiusura al pubblico, dopo le ore 21,00, di vie o piazze nei centri urbani, dove si possono creare situazioni di assembramento, fatta salva la possibilità di accesso e deflusso agli esercizi commerciali legittimamente aperti e alle abitazioni private”.
“Tutte le attività di ristorazione, sono consentite dalle ore 5 del mattino alle 24. Se il consumo avviene ai tavoli, se il consumo non è previsto ai tavoli, allora è permessa la somministrazione solo fino alle ore 18:00. Le consegne a domicilio sono consentite senza limite d’orario. L’asporto è consentito fino alle 24″.
“Al ristorante si potrà stare fino a 6 persone per tavolo, ogni ristoratore dovrà affiggere all’esterno il numero massimo di clienti che il locale può contenere. Nelle sale gioco, nelle sale scommesse e sale bingo, l’apertura sarà limitata fino alle 21″.
“L’attività scolastica proseguirà in presenza, per le scuole secondarie di secondo grado (licei, istituti tecnici ecc), verranno favorite però modalità ancora più flessibili dell’organizzazione delle attività didattiche. Se possibile con turni pomeridiani”.
“Non sono consentite gare e competizioni attività sportive dilettantistiche. Rimarrà consentita invece l’attività sportiva individuale. Sono vietate sagre, fiere locali. Mentre restano consentite le attività fieristiche di livello nazionale e internazionale. Sono vietate tutte i convegni”.
“Incrementeremo il lavoro a distanza, ovvero lo smart working. Per quanto riguarda le palestre c’è stato un intenso dialogo. Molto spesso i protocolli di sicurezza sono rispettati puntualmente. Altre volte ci giungono notizie che non sono adeguatamente rispettati. Daremo una settimana per adeguare i protocolli alle palestre. Se questo avverrà, non ci sarà ragione di chiudere le palestre. Altrimenti, settimana prossima, saremo costretti a sospendere anche l’attività sportiva che si svolge nelle palestre e nelle piscine”.
“La strategia che stiamo perseguendo, non è e non può essere la stessa attuata in Primavera. Ad inizio pandemia ci siamo visti sprovvisti di mascherine e possibilità di fare test e controlli su larga scala. In questi mesi abbiamo lavorato intensamente, aumentando il personale sanitario”.
“Terapie intensive? Abbiamo più che raddoppiato i posti disponibili”.
“Dobbiamo conciliare salute ed economia, ci sono segnali di ripresa che ci fanno molto piacere. Molti analisti ed economisti si sono sorpresi per i risultati di questo terzo trimestre del 2020. Dobbiamo continuare a correre”.
“Ho avvertito doverosamente presidenti di Camera e Senato, nonché i leader dell’Opposizione, che stavo per firmare questo DPCM e che stavo per annunciare queste nuove misure. Andrò in parlamento martedì o mercoledì per discutere con i deputati. C’era l’urgenza di intervenire, continueremo a confrontarci”.
