Code al Brennero – La notizia dell’intenso traffico a causa della decisione dell’Austria di imporre i tamponi ai camionisti provenienti dall’Italia. Le ultime notizie dall’Italia e dal mondo aggiornate 24 ore su 24.
Il provvedimento era stato adottato lo scorso venerdì e in molti avevano paventato possibili rallentamenti e code. Certo che, in pochi, si aspettavano che oggi si sarebbe formato un serpentone lungo 40 chilometri fra Bressanone e il Brennero. Tutto nasce dalle misure adottate dall’Austria per isolare il Land Tirol e limitare la diffusione della variante sudafricana del Covid-19. Vienna ha imposto, infatti, a tutti dai 10 anni in su il possesso di un tampone negativo antigenico effettuato nelle 48 ore precedenti e, per questo motivo, sono stati istituiti anche delle postazioni per effettuare i test. Inoltre, chi entra in Austria deva anche registrarsi prima su una piattaforma online. Passaggi che hanno reso la situazione pesante al valico italo-austriaco dove sono stati schierati un migliaio fra poliziotti e soldati. Chi viene fermato senza referto rischia una multa da 1.450 euro.
Code al Brennero per tamponi obbligatori, i disagi
I provvedimenti restrittivi hanno creato enormi disagi. E per impedire il blocco della circolazione al passo del Brennero dove attualmente la temperatura è ampiamente sotto lo zero, il nostro ministero dei Trasporti, il Commissariato del governo di Bolzano, la polizia Stradale e viabilità Italia che sta coordinando le operazioni hanno disposto un’azione di filtraggio a Verona e Affi. In assenza di un certificato, i veicoli vengono deviati verso l’A4 e l’A23 per entrare in Austria attraverso il valico di Tarvisio. La situazione è pesante. Per i camion che ieri sera si trovavano sul tratto interessato della A22 (oltre 800 mezzi) è stata istituita un’area per i tamponi e solo con esito negativo del test i conducenti potranno proseguire il viaggio. Uggè chiede lumi. «Ma gli autisti che dovessero risultare positivi dove verranno indirizzati? Dovranno abbandonare il mezzo e dove?».
Le dichiarazioni in merito
Intanto il direttore tecnico generale della Società Autostrada del Brennero, Carlo Costa, ha spiegato la situazione.
«Ci siamo attivati rapidamente per evitare un blocco totale del traffico in Alto Adige ed in Trentino».
Per il dirigente di A22, si tratta comunque di una misura «poco razionale».
«Fare un test in Italia per essere controllati al passo del Brennero e poi, eventualmente, fermarsi in Austria, significa fare un secondo test sul confine con la Germania». A22, riferisce ancora Costa, «si è attivata con le prefetture di Bolzano e Trento, le protezioni civili, la sanità altoatesina, la Croce bianca dell’Alto Adige e la polizia stradale per evitare un blocco della circolazione con rischi anche grossi per la sicurezza stradale». «Un incontro in prefettura — spiega il direttore tecnico di A22 — ha portato ad un provvedimento di carattere nazionale che ha previsto di deviare e filtrare il traffico pesante su Verona ed a tutta una serie di provvedimenti per riuscire a produrre rapidamente i test per gli autotrasportatori. Già ieri, domenica, alla Sadobre a Vipiteno, si è attivato un processo per testare direttamente sul posto i conducenti».
«Si applichi il principio di reciprocità e anche l’Italia faccia i tamponi ai conducenti provenienti dalla Germania e dall’Austria, disponendo unità mobili di controllo. Se gli autisti italiani vengono considerati portatori di virus, non si vede perché il principio non debba valere per tutti». Questo è quanto ha scritto il presidente di Conftrasporto-Confcommercio, Paolo Uggè, in una lettera inviata al neoministro dei Trasporti Enrico Giovannini e al presidente del Consiglio Mario Draghi. Secondo Conftrasporto infatti, il Governo deve investire «subito della questione le autorità della Ue perché i tamponi obbligatori per chi entra in Austria ed è diretto in Germania, stanno creando enormi disagi agli autisti dei Tir provenienti dall’Italia».
Code al Brennero, le reazioni
La difficile situazione anche preoccupa il presidente del Trentino, Maurizio Fugatti, che ne ha discusso con il ministro Giovannini. E ha chiesto un intervento straordinario del Governo. «Questo blocco unilaterale — ha detto Fugatti al ministro — rischia di avere ripercussioni notevoli, sia in termini economici che ambientali». Anche la Protezione Civile nazionale è stata allertata per il necessario supporto e la polizia stradale sta lavorando duramente per assicurare. Nel frattempo che le diplomazie svolgano il loro lavoro. Nel pomeriggio il presidente Fugatti terrà una call con il governatore del Tirolo e presidente dell’Euregio, Gunther Platter, per verificare quali soluzioni si possano adottare nell’immediato.
Il valico di Tarvisio
Nessun problema invece si segnala al valico autostradale di Tarvisio, nell’Udinese, secondo il Centro di cooperazione internazionale di Polizia di Thorl Maglern. Per il momento, non si registra nemmeno un aumento del flusso di mezzi pesanti deviati in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
