Ultime notizie da Genova. 400 euro di multa per aver servito il caffè, all’esterno del suo locale, in una tazzina di ceramica invece che in quelle usa e getta: è la disavventura capitata al titolare di un bar nel centro storico di Genova, “Lo Scorretto” di piazza Pollaiuoli, Gustavo Boero.
«Ieri mattina alle sette e mezza avevo appena tirato su la serranda dal mio locale, era il primo caffè che facevo: non avevo nemmeno ancora fatto in tempo a tirare fuori le tazzine di cartone così l’ho servito in una normale, mentre cercavo le altre, e l’ho consegnato al cliente che ha consumato qui fuori in piazzetta: in tempo venti secondi e tre giovani agenti in borghese si sono qualificati e mi hanno multato – racconta Boero stringendosi nelle spalle – La cosa che più mi fa star male è che è anche il cliente ha subìto questa ingiustizia ed è stato multato pure lui. Un caffè che gli è costato 400 euro».

La multa ora è affissa alla saracinesca del suo bar, durante la mattinata un continuo via-vai di chi abita e lavora in zona, clienti ed amici arriva a portare un po’ di solidarietà e sui social network è già partito il tam-tam per aiutare il barista:
«Mi dispiace perché gli agenti non hanno voluto sentire ragioni. Credo ci voglia un minimo di comprensione. Che danno ho fatto? Eravamo in due in questa piazzetta, all’aperto, capirei avessi servito il cliente dentro il mio locale – si sfoga – E il cliente come faceva a saperlo? Quanti sanno che nella ceramica non si può bere? E se invece che berlo all’aperto in questa piazzetta se lo fosse portato via perché lavora qui dietro, la multa sarebbe scattata lo stesso? Venire trattato severamente per un errore in una situazione simile, quando fatichiamo per pagare a malapena le spese, lo trovo davvero avvilente».
Boero adesso ha deciso di chiudere il suo locale: «Non posso continuare così, finché c’è la zona arancione non voglio far rischiare nessun mio cliente – conclude – Rimane il rammarico per il modo in cui siamo stati trattati, come se avessi venduto della droga e non un semplice caffè».
