Negli ultimi giorni le condizioni di salute di Silvio Berlusconi sono nuovamente peggiorate, dopo il ricovero per Covid a settembre e il successivo miglioramento. A causa di problemi cardiaci i medici gli hanno consigliato “riposo assoluto domiciliare, di non muoversi e di non svolgere attività”.
Lo ha riferito il legale del leader di Forza Italia, l’avvocato Federico Cecconi, nel corso dell’udienza che si è svolta lunedì nell’aula della Fiera di Milano per il processo ‘Ruby ter’.
Berlusconi sta male per problemi cardiaci: assente al processo Ruby ter
A preoccupare i medici dell’ex premier è una forma di “fibrillazione atriale”, ossia di una patologia cardiaca. Berlusconi ha già avuto problemi al cuore in passato: nel giugno del 2016, dopo una grave anomalia, era stato sottoposto a un delicato intervento per la sostituzione della valvola aortica.
Da qui i certificati firmati dai “professori che lo seguono a distanza e del medico curante” presentati in aula. Negli ultimi giorni le condizioni di salute di Berlusconi hanno avuto “un’ulteriore forma di ingravescenza” rispetto ad “un iter di miglioramento” che si era avuto in precedenza, ha riferito il difensore ai giudici, spiegando che si tratta di una situazione “legata ad un certo attivismo che gli era stato sconsigliato”.
L’avvocato dell’ex premier non ha chiesto il rinvio per legittimo impedimento
Già nell’udienza del 19 ottobre la difesa di Berlusconi aveva presentato istanza di rinvio per legittimo impedimento per motivi di salute. Questa volta invece l’avvocato Cecconi ha chiarito che “su espressa indicazione di Berlusconi condivisa da questa difesa”, date anche le “numerose udienze già rinviate… non si intende avanzare richiesta di legittimo impedimento”.
L’udienza si è quindi tenuta con l’ascolto dei testimoni.
