“Se fossi rimasto più del dovuto nella mia casa in campagna, in attesa dei soccorsi, nel peggiore dei casi sarei morto dissanguato, nei migliori avrei perso i sensi. Invece, ho avuto il sangue freddo di prendere l’auto e di guidare fino al Pronto Soccorso di Sassuolo”.
A Verissimo, nell’intervista in onda oggi sabato 30 gennaio (in onda anche l’intervista ad Elisabetta Gregoraci che ha parlato del suo intervento all’utero), Nek racconta, per la prima volta, il brutto incidente alla mano di cui è rimasto vittima a novembre.

Ripercorrendo quei momenti drammatici il cantante confida: “Mi sono tagliato la mano con una sega circolare in un momento di distrazione. Tutte le dita sono rimaste danneggiate ma, in particolare, l’anulare è quasi saltato via e il dito medio per metà, ma – prosegue – dopo oltre undici ore d’intervento sono riusciti a salvarmi la mano”.
Dopo la degenza in ospedale, dove dice – mi sono lasciato andare più di una volta al pianto- ora Nek sta facendo un lungo percorso di riabilitazione: “Mi sento come un bambino, perché riprendo un po’ di mobilità della mano ogni giorno. Ho ancora dei momenti di sconforto, soprattutto alla mattina, perché rimettere in moto la mano è molto fastidioso e poi, per me che non ho pazienza, è una prova ancora più dura”.
“Senza la mia famiglia, sarei caduto in depressione”
Un percorso doloroso, alleviato grazie all’affetto di sua moglie e dei suoi figli: “Se non avessi avuto vicino la mia famiglia sarei caduto in depressione, sarebbe stato tutto più complicato”.
Infine, ripensando al senso di quanto gli è accaduto, Nek dichiara: “Questo incidente mi ha insegnato a valorizzare ogni singolo giorno come se fosse il primo”.
