“Verrò volentieri a fare il vaccino in diretta tv”.
Così il virologo dell’università Statale di Milano, Fabrizio Pregliasco, parlando a ‘Ogni Mattina’ su TV8, ha dato al sua disponibilità a vaccinarsi ‘in modo pubblico’ contro Covid-19.
Il tutto per far passare il messaggio sull’importanza dell’immunizzazione, ricordando come sia “necessario che almeno il 60-70% della popolazione faccia il vaccino affinché sia efficace“.
Tali dichiarazioni arrivano dopo quelle, non senza polemiche e contestazioni, esternate dal collega Andrea Crisanti. Quest’ultimo aveva, infatti, dichiarato clamorosamente: “Non farò il vaccino senza dati che certifichino la sua sicurezza”.
Matteo Bassetti, Roberto Burioni ed ora anche Fabrizio Pregliasco si sono schierati contro le affermazioni del medico sopracitato.
Nonostante ciò, Crisanti ha ribadito la sua posizione senza ritrattare.
Altre polemiche, sempre riguardanti il vaccino contro il coronavirus, sono emerse dopo le parole di Ilaria Capua: “Vaccinarsi evita la malattia ma non l’infezione”.
