Nuovo Dpcm Zaia – Il governatore della Regione Veneto Luca Zaia ha parlato da Marghera per il consueto appuntamento con gli aggiornamenti legati alla pandemia in Veneto. Sul tavolo la bozza del Dpcm Natale che il governo ha inviato alle Regioni e che il premier Conte firmerà già oggi. Ecco le dichiarazioni di Zaia riportate dall’edizione online de Il Giornale di Vicenza:
“Alle 2.30 di questa mattina mi è arrivata la bozza del Dpcm. È un Dpcm che lascia non poche perplessità. Molto incisivo sugli spostamenti, tanto che il governo ha approvato anche un decreto legge a legittimare il Dpcm. Sugli spostamenti ci saranno guai: dal 21 bloccati in Regione fino al 6 gennaio. Il 25, 26 e 1 gennaio anche tra Comuni”.
Nuovo Dpcm Zaia, il commento del presidente della Regione Veneto
“Con questo Dpcm per il nostro territorio Natale sarà un simil-lockdown. Ci sono due scenari: uno di natura umana, con la mancata ricongiunzione dei parenti se non abitano nello stesso Comune. Penso che questo aspetto per la Regione Veneto viene prima di tutti, e l’ho detto anche in Conferenza presidenti. Ci potevano essere mille altre soluzioni, magari giustificando il ricongiungimento familiare”.
“L’altro aspetto è che per territori di periferia come i nostri, con comuni medi di 5.000 abitanti, c’è una sperequazione anche di livello costituzionale nei confronti di Comuni metropolitani più estesi. È più sicuro un Comune di 5.000 abitanti che una metropoli di 3 milioni di abitanti dove tutti possono andare in giro”.
“Lasci che milioni di persone, vedi a Roma, possono spostarsi come vogliono e chiudi comuni come Badia Polesine, Colceresa o Laghi: è una norma che non sta in piedi, una misura insensata a livello sanitario. Non ce l’ho con Roma o con le grandi metropoli, e non chiedo di chiudere tutti in casa. Quello che dico è che bisogna rendersi conto che una scelta del genere non ha nessuna valenza sanitaria. Mi auguro che il governo ci ripensi in queste ore”.
DPCM, ELABORAZIONE È DIVENTATA CERIMONIALE DI CORTE
“È evidente che l’elaborazione è diventata un cerimoniale di corte. Si dice “sentite le Regioni”, ma se viene interpretato che poi lo pubblichi lo stesso, è inutile. Su alcuni aspetti si poteva lavorarci assieme. La bozza è arrivata stanotte, le osservazioni verranno mandate al Governo, se sarà magnanimo le accoglierà, se andrà a testa bassa pubblicherà il Dpcm così com’è. L’osservazione che abbiamo fatto sugli spostamenti è di sanità pubblica. Mi chiedo quale tecnico sanitario abbia avvallato una cosa del genere“.
“Qui non c’è traccia dei ristori. Si è fatto un decreto per la materia degli spostamenti, si poteva mettere in mezzo la garanzia dei ristori. In molte attività gli operatori sono disperati, poi c’è il mondo dell’intrattenimento, gli artisti, i teatri, le piscine, le palestre, ce n’è per tutti i gusti. Così si crea conflitto sociale, anzi si rischia una guerra tra poveri, tra cittadini di serie A e serie B”.
