Nuovo Dpcm durata – Stop spostamenti tra regioni anche nella zona gialla, coprifuoco confermato, regole e limiti per le visite a parenti e amici. Sono le misure valide fino al 5 marzo e previste dal decreto discusso nel Consiglio dei ministri, che ha prorogato lo stato d’emergenza fino al 30 aprile. Il decreto sarà integrato da un nuovo dpcm che verrà adottato domani.

Il decreto prevede la proroga fino al 5 marzo del divieto di spostamento tra Regioni, anche quelle in area ‘gialla’, e la conferma del coprifuoco dalle 22 alle 5 . E’ consentita la visita di due persone, esclusi under 14, a parenti o amici.

In ambito regionale, “lo spostamento verso una sola abitazione privata abitata è consentito, una volta al giorno, in un arco temporale compreso fra le ore 05:00 e le ore 22:00; e nei limiti di due persone ulteriori rispetto a quelle ivi già conviventi, oltre ai minori di anni 14 sui quali tali persone esercitino la potestà genitoriale e alle persone disabili o non autosufficienti conviventi”, si legge infatti nel testo.

Il provvedimento prevede che sarà sempre possibile spostarsi da una Regione all’altra per comprovate esigenze lavorative o situazioni di necessità e urgenza.

Se dovessero essere adottate misure che vietano lo spostamento tra comuni, scatterebbe la deroga per chi vive in un centro con meno di 5000 abitanti. Sì agli spostamenti nel raggio di 30 km ma vietato recarsi nei capoluoghi:

“Qualora la mobilità sia limitata all’ambito territoriale comunale, sono comunque consentiti gli spostamenti dai comuni con popolazione non superiore a 5.000 abitanti e per una distanza non superiore a 30 chilometri dai relativi confini, con esclusione in ogni caso degli spostamenti verso i capoluoghi di provincia”.
