Locatelli su AstraZeneca – L’avviso di Locatelli per chi rifiuterà di vaccinarsi con AstraZeneca: le dichiarazioni in conferenza. Le ultime notizie sul coronavirus dall’Italia e dal mondo aggiornate in tempo reale.
Sono 25 i casi registrati di trombosi su 20 milioni di vaccini AstraZeneca somministrati. Lo spiega in conferenza stampa al Ministero della Salute il presidente del Consiglio Superiore di Sanità Locatelli che spiega: «Non ci sono evidenze che il vaccino AstraZeneca, che copre al 100% per forme gravi di Covid-19, incrementi il rischio di complicanze tromboemboliche». Gli fa eco il direttore generale Aifa Magrini che spiega come a oggi non ci sia un legame causale fra la vaccinazione e gli eventi trombotici.
Locatelli precisa poi che «l’infezione da Covid è molto più pericolosa» e che anche nei 25 casi di tromboembolie registrati «non è dimostrabile» un nesso di causalità con il vaccino. Per questo, spiega il direttore generale della Prevenzione del Ministero della Salute Giovanni Rezza, le vaccinazioni con AstraZeneca devono riprendere: «Prima del blocco del vaccino eravamo arrivati a un ritmo di 200mila vaccinazioni al giorno. Ora dobbiamo almeno raddoppiare quella cifra». Lo stesso Rezza ha sottolineato che la revoca della sospensione del vaccino è «un grande sollievo» perché frenare ora la campagna vaccinale sarebbe «estremamente rischioso».
Locatelli su AstraZeneca: “Chi rifiuta di vaccinarsi verrà nel tempo considerato per altre tipologie”
Non ci saranno modifiche alle procedure di vaccinazione, spiega poi, anche se «abbiamo chiesto di aggiornale la parte che riguarda il consenso informato, non solo per quanto riguarda AstraZeneca ma per renderlo anche più agile». L’obbiettivo, spiega Rezza, è quello di arrivare a vaccinare 400-500mila persone al giorno. E rispetto all’ipotesi che chi rifiuta il vaccino AstraZeneca finisca poi in fondo alla lista delle vaccinazioni, fa chiarezza sempre il presidente del Css Locatelli che spiega che se una persona viene chiamata e si rifiuta di vaccinarsi con AstraZeneca «verrà successivamente nel tempo considerata per altre tipologie di vaccini».
Dopo il via libera dell’Ema che fa ripartire la somministrazione del vaccino anche in Italia, l’Aifa nei prossimi giorni si esprimerà anche per sconsigliare l’uso preventivo di farmaci come l’aspirina o l’eparina, per chi attende di ricevere il vaccino AstraZeneca. « Non c’è motivo di usare farmaci preventivi o dopo la vaccinazione perché non c’è alcun nesso dimostrato. Non ci sono indicazioni neanche per donne che usano la pillola» spiega il direttore Aifa Nicola Magrini che poi si rivolge a chi ha ricevuto già la vaccinazione: «I vaccinati con AstraZeneca devono stare tranquilli ed essere tra la parte `privilegiata´ che è già stata immunizzata e messa in sicurezza».
Il tutto mentre invece in Francia l’Alta autorità per la Salute ha raccomandato l’uso del vaccino AstraZeneca solo per chi ha più di 55 anni, raccomandazione su cui si è espresso il presidente Css Locatelli che ha spiegato come in Italia invece non saranno previste restrizioni d’uso per le persone sotto quella fascia di età.
