Conferenza ISS, Brusaferro – Il professor Silvio Brusaferro, presidente dell’Istituto Superiore della Sanità, parla in conferenza stampa alla vigilia dell’entrata in vigore del nuovo DPCM novembre 2020. Ecco le sue parole:
“Nelle prossime 48 ore saranno prodotti altri dati sull’andamento del contagio nelle regioni italiane. Va detto che ci sono state tre fasi da quando è iniziata la pandemia. Una fase di contenimento della curva, una fase di abbassamento nella curva”.
“E una fase attuale dove ci sono delle ricrescite, dove bisogna intervenire per farla tornare a velocità più controllata. In attesa di poter affrontare con più serenità i prossimi mesi. Abbiamo obiettivi che possono essere diversificati a differenza della fase in cui ci troviamo”.

“Ci sono una serie di strumenti che ci aiutano a capire come sta andando l’andamento del virus. La cabina di regia valuta su base settimanale come viaggia il flusso delle informazioni in merito all’andamento della pandemia”.
“Ci siamo accorti che da i primi di ottobre c’è stato un passaggio di fase. Poi veniamo al dato di venerdì scorso, che è la fotografia su cui ancora stiamo lavorando e che verrà aggiornata nelle prossime ore. Questo flusso di dati va a integrare il flusso puntuale che giornalmente riceviamo dalla Protezione Civile”.
“Il percorso è un percorso condiviso, che vede come attori le Regioni, il Ministero della Salute, l’ISS e il CTS. Gli indicatori sono categorizzati in 3 grandi aeree. La prima categoria comprende gli indicatori di processo. Poi ci sono gli indicatori di esito, che ci danno l’idea di come corra veloce la pandemia. Poi c’è la categoria che fa il distinguo tra i casi sintomatici e quelli asintomatici”.
