Sbarchi a ripetizione a Lampedusa e in Sardegna dove, nel giro di poche ore, sono arrivati, con diversi barchini, centinaia di migranti.
Nell’isola siciliana sono sbarcati oltre 750 clandestini, per la maggior parte tunisini.
Tutti portati all’hotspot contrada Imbriacola.
Domenica è atteso l’arrivo della nave quarantena Azzurra, mentre è già presente la Snav Adriatica.
I migranti verranno imbarcati dopo l’esito dei tamponi.
Sbarchi migranti negli ultimi giorni
Nella giornata di sabato sono arrivati sull’isola 433 migranti a bordo di almeno 15 barchini. Fra loro, anche donne e minori.
Una delle imbarcazioni è riuscita ad arrivare direttamente sulla terraferma, esattamente a molo Madonnina.
A bloccare i tunisini subito dopo lo sbarco sono stati i carabinieri.
L’hotspot di contrada Imbriacola era vuoto da giorni, dopo che tutti i migranti erano stati trasferiti in seguito all’esito dei tamponi su navi quarantena o trasferiti a Porto Empedocle.
Nella sola giornata di domenica sono 20 i barchini arrivati a Lampedusa, per un totale di 353 tunisini. A intercettare i natanti, con a bordo da un minimo di 11 ad un massimo di 81 persone, sono state le motovedette della Capitaneria di porto e della guardia di finanza.
I carabinieri hanno invece intercettato e fermato i migranti di due sbarchi con 11 e 13 persone avvenuti direttamente al molo commerciale.
Da sabato sera a domenica mattina gli sbarchi non si sono mai fermati neanche nel Sud della Sardegna.
Difficile al momento anche stabilire quale sia il numero esatto dei migranti arrivati nelle ultime ore. Undici stranieri sono sbarcati nel corso della notte sulla spiaggia di Is Prunis a Sant’Antioco.
Altri cinque algerini su indicazione della guardia di finanza sono stati rintracciati dai carabinieri all’interno del poligono di Teulada.
Altri quattro clandestini, poco dopo le 23, sono arrivati autonomamente al porticciolo di Cala Verde nel territorio di Pula.
Domenica mattina altri 11 algerini sono stati intercettati dalle fiamme gialle sulla spiaggia di Campionna a Teulada, mentre un altro barchino è stato avvistato sempre dalle motovedette delle Fiamme gialle a 16 miglia da Sant’Antioco.
Lamorgese: “Non sono i migranti a portare il Covid”
“Non sono i migranti a portare il Covid, i numeri non sono preoccupanti in relazione ai dati sul territorio italiano“. Lo ha detto il ministro dell’Interno, Luciana Lamorgese.
“Abbiamo inviato militari in Sicilia non per il Covid, ma perché gli arrivi erano tanti e la Sicilia sopportava un peso notevolissimo”, ha spiegato.
“Dai dati provenienti dalle strutture di prima accoglienza sappiamo che delle 56mila persone presenti solo il 2,7% è positivo“, ha concluso Lamorgese.
