Furto bancomat – La notizia della banda dei Jeeg Robot che sradicava bancomat a Roma e nel centro Italia: cosa gli è successo. Le ultime notizie dall’Italia e dal mondo aggiornate in tempo reale 24 ore su 24 tutte le ultime news.
Da una baraccopoli di Roma Nord alle regioni del Centro Italia per commettere rapine, spaccate e furti in appartamento. Una batteria che non disdegnava di mettere in atto i colpi anche “in casa”, con due spaccate accertate ai Castelli e nella zona della Montagnola. A sgominare la banda al termine della “Operazione Ostentazione“ i carabinieri della Compagnia di Siena che hanno sottoposto a fermo di indiziato di delitto 8 persone, indagandone nel complesso 19, tutte legate da vincoli di parentela.
Spaccate a Roma e provincia
Almeno 16 i colpi attribuiti alla batteria nel corso delle indagini. Due di queste a Roma e provincia, con la banda che, dopo aver rubato un carroattrezzi, attuava le cosiddette “spaccate”, distruggendo con il veicolo la sede dei bancomat per poi sparire con la cassaforte. In particolare la banda era entrata in azione alla Montagnola lo scorso mese di febbraio e, nello stesso mese, rubando un dispositivo Atm di una banca di Frattocchie, frazione del Comune di Marino, ai Castelli Romani.
Operazione Ostentazione
Le indagini hanno avuto origini dall’analisi di alcuni furti in abitazione consumati la scorsa estate nella Provincia di Siena da parte della Stazione Carabinieri di Castelnuovo Berardenga. Il successivo approfondimento investigativo, dei militari del Nucleo Operativo e Radiomobile, ha permesso di delineare l’articolata composizione di un gruppo criminale con numerose basi logistiche nel centro Italia, ritenuto responsabile di numerosi reati di matrice predatoria.
I colpi della batteria
In particolare sono state evidenziate responsabilità in: 2 rapine consumate nelle province di Siena e Arezzo nel mese di dicembre 2020; 4 furti aggravati ai danni di sportelli ATM con modalità spaccata consumati nelle Province di Roma e Perugia e 10 episodi di furto consumati nelle province di Siena e Macerata, nell’arco temporale tra agosto e dicembre 2020.
Le rapine dei finti carabinieri
Per quanto concerne le rapine, dopo aver individuato un’autovettura veloce da asportare, simulavano l’acquisto presso una concessionaria in provincia di Arezzo e, durante un giro di prova, rapinavano il veicolo, che successivamente veniva utilizzato su strada a scorrimento veloce, nel tentativo di effettuare una nuova rapina ai danni di medici pendolari, con l’utilizzo di armi, lampeggianti e casacche riportanti la scritta Carabinieri.
Furto bancomat, come nel film “Lo Chiamavano Jeej Robot”
Bancomat sradicati che riportano alla mente le scene di “Lo chiamavano Jeeg Robot“, film uscito nelle sale cinematografiche nel 2015 e anticipato da un video messo ad arte su YouTube nel quale uno degli attori protagonisti (Claudio Santamaria) con i poteri appena acquisiti dopo essere scappato nel Tevere ed essere finito in un bidone contenente scorie, acquisisce super poteri che gli permetterano poi di sradicate un bancomat con la sola forza delle braccie.
Dalla finzione cinematografica alla realtà cambia il modus operandi ma non il “bottino”, con la banda che, oltre alle rapine, pianificava e metteva in atto le cosiddette “spaccate” a danno degli istituti di credito utilizzando, invece dei superpoteri di “Enzo” dei carroattrezzi provento di furto come “ariete” e auto veloci per la fuga.
Il blitz all’alba
Alle prime luci dell’alba il blitz dei carabinieri della Compagnia di Siena, coordinati dal Procuratore della Repubblica di Siena, Salvatore Vitello e dal Sostituto Procuratore Siro De Flammineis, nelle province di Roma, Siena, Perugia, Teramo, Ancona, Forlì e Cesena.
I militari dell’Arma hanno dato esecuzione a un “decreto di fermo di indiziato di delitto” emesso dalla locale Procura nei confronti di 8 soggetti, appartenenti a un gruppo criminale di etnia sinti, dedito a “rapine” e “furti aggravati” ai danni di bancomat e non solo, e alla “ricettazione” dei relativi proventi. Il provvedimento è stato adottato dall’Autorità Giudiziaria competente ravvisandosi pericolo di fuga da parte degli interessati.
19 indagati e otto fermi
L’attività di indagine ha permesso, inoltre, di accertare l’esistenza di numerosi appoggi logistici nel centro Italia, che fornivano ai 19 indagati un costante sostegno nelle attività delittuose, nonché una continua interscambiabilità di ruoli nell’attuazione degli eventi criminosi. Nel corso dell’operazione, sono state eseguite anche 8 perquisizioni nei confronti di altrettanti soggetti con l’ausilio di personale del nucleo cinofili di Firenze e Roma.
