Disabile violentata durante lockdown in struttura sanitaria, era positiva al Covid ed ora è incinta

Una vicenda veramente drammatica, difficile anche da descrivere, per la brutalità del fatto.

Arrestato l’uomo 39enne che ha violentato la disabile, affetta da gravi disturbi mentali, ricoverata all’Oasi di Troina, struttura sanitaria dove la donna ha trascorso il lockdown.

La donna disabile violentata, rimasta incinta, dopo l’abuso dell’operatore nella struttura sanitaria in provincia di Enna, era positiva al Covid-19.

La stessa, infatti, era in isolamento in una stanza del centro, diventato zona rossa a causa del focolaio creatosi.

L’operatore sanitario ha approfittato di tale situazione, attendendo il momento adatto per attaccare la vittima, più che mai indifesa, per abusare di lei, quando non vi erano infermieri in sala.

Ad informare la famiglia della donna disabile è stato il personale del centro che, non si era accorto della gravidanza.

Non vi sarebbero dovute essere le circostanze e, dunque, l’aumento di peso pensavano fosse dovuto alle quantità di cibo ingerite.

Durante il lockdown, il centro, a causa di un aumento dei medicinali dovuto all’isolamento, faceva mangiare i pazienti molte più volte durante il giorno.

Dopo decine di audizioni e prelievi di campioni salivari per estrarre il Dna dal personale che in quel periodo accedeva alla struttura, dichiarata “zona rossa” dopo il contagio di 162 tra operatori e ricoverati, è stato convocato l’operatore socio sanitario, dipendente della struttura di Troina da due anni.

L’uomo, che è sposato ha due figli e non ha precedenti, è subito apparso particolarmente nervoso e confuso.

L’operatore socio sanitario, che conosceva la vittima da tempo, è stato arrestato dalla Polizia.

Ad incastrarlo definitivamente, proprio il test del Dna.
