Presa per il collo e pugnalata 20 volte. Così, Francesco D., fidanzato di Sonia Di Maggio, la 29enne uccisa a coltellate ieri sera, 1 febbraio, nel Salento, ha descritto l’aggressione subita dalla ragazza in strada, mentre passeggiavano per fare compere.

“Stavamo andando al supermercato io e lei da soli. Poi è sbucato lui, l’ha presa dal collo e ha cominciato ad accoltellarla. E ha continuato dandole più di una ventina di coltellate“, ha raccontato Francesco.

Poi continua: “Lei ha cercato di liberarsi. Io nel frattempo stavo cercando aiuto e non c’era nessuno, poi mi sono messo a urlare ed è arrivato qualcuno. Ma lui era già scappato e lei stava a terra“.

Francesco D., carpentiere, ha testimoniato anche sulle persecuzioni e le minacce subite da Sonia da quando la relazione era finita. Più volte, lo stesso fidanzato sarebbe stato approcciato in malo modo e minacciato.

Salvatore Canfora, 39enne pregiudicato di Torre Annunziata (Napoli), è stato fermato oggi 2 febbraio 2021 dalla polizia mentre si dirigeva alla stazione ferroviaria di Otranto per tornare in Campania.

Secondo quanto emerso dalle indagini, l’ex parcheggiatore abusivo avrebbe raggiunto Lecce in treno e poi Specchia Gallone, a bordo di un autobus.

Dimesso dall’ospedale psichiatrico di Aversa (Caserta), lo scorso giugno, Canfora è un senza fissa dimora e negli ultimi tempi dormiva in un dormitorio pubblico presso la stazione di Napoli. All’ospedale Filippo Saportito era finito per avere ferito a coltellate un parcheggiatore abusivo al culmine di un litigio.

Canfora, avrebbe implicitamente ammesso il femminicidio di fronte al sostituto procuratore Alberto Santacatterina, sebbene non abbia chiarito né l’esatta dinamica né il movente.
