Obbligo mascherina all’aperto in Campania – Ultim’ora: De Luca ripristina l’uso del dispositivo di protezione all’aperto. Le ultime notizie sul coronavirus in Italia in tempo reale e sulle decisioni riguardanti le mascherine obbligatorie.
Tornano ad essere obbligatorie le mascherine all’aperto sul territorio campano.
Questa la decisione del Governatore, Vincenzo De Luca, appena rieletto dai cittadini campani con, circa, il 66% delle preferenze.
Obbligo mascherina all’aperto in Campania, cosa impone la nuova ordinanza
La Regione Campania attraverso un comunicato ha dichiarato quanto segue.
A conclusione della riunione dell’Unità di Crisi, il Presidente Vincenzo De Luca ha firmato l’ordinanza trasmessa in allegato, che contiene ulteriori misure per la prevenzione e la sicurezza.
Su tutto il territorio regionale, con decorrenza dal 24 settembre 2020 e fino al 4 ottobre 2020, fatta salva l’adozione di ulteriori provvedimenti in conseguenza della rilevazione quotidiana dei dati epidemiologici della regione, viene disposto l’obbligo di indossare la mascherina all’aperto.
“Occorre – ha dichiarato il Presidente De Luca – ripristinare immediatamente comportamenti responsabili, a maggior ragione con l’apertura delle scuole. Se vogliamo evitare chiusure generalizzate è necessario il massimo rigore“.

Di seguito contenuto sintetizzato dell’ordinanza:
1) Sono ulteriormente confermate le disposizioni di cui all’Ordinanza regionale n.66 dell’8 agosto 2020, concernenti l’obbligo di rilevare la temperatura corporea dei dipendenti ed utenti degli uffici pubblici ed aperti al pubblico e di impedire l’ingresso, contattando il Dipartimento di prevenzione della ASL competente, laddove venga rilevata una temperatura superiore a 37,5 gradi C°;
2) E’ disposto l’obbligo, su tutto il territorio regionale, di indossare la mascherina anche nei luoghi all’aperto, durante l’intero arco della giornata, a prescindere dalla distanza interpersonale, fatte salve le previsioni degli specifici protocolli di settore vigenti (ad esempio per le attività di ristorazione, bar, sport all’aperto). L’obbligo rimane escluso per i bambini al di sotto dei sei anni, per i portatori di patologie incompatibili con l’uso della mascherina e durante l’esercizio in forma individuale di attività motoria e/o sportiva;
3) E’ fatto obbligo ai titolari di esercizi commerciali, culturali, ricreativi, o comunque aperti al pubblico, non all’aperto, di effettuare la misurazione della temperatura corporea all’ingresso dei locali di esercizio e di assicurare la presenza di dispenser di gel e/o soluzioni igienizzanti, subordinando l’accesso ai locali alla previa igienizzazione delle mani e al riscontro di temperatura inferiore a 37,5 gradi C°;
4) Si richiamano tutti gli esercenti, gestori ed utenti alla stretta osservanza delle misure di prevenzione e sicurezza. Al fine di rendere tempestiva la corretta ricostruzione degli eventuali casi da “contatto stretto”, vi è l’obbligo della identificazione di almeno un soggetto per tavolo o per gruppo di avventori attraverso la rilevazione e conservazione dei dati con idoneo documento di identità.
