Code a Malpensa oggi 18 dicembre 2020. Ultime notizie da Milano in merito all’esodo di persone verso il Sud Italia. In queste ultime ore di possibilità di viaggio interregionale, in molti stanno approfittando per partire e dirigersi verso i loro familiari al Sud.

A riportare cosa è accaduto questa mattina a Malpensa in aeroporto e in stazione Centrale, è l’edizione online di Repubblica. Ecco uno stralcio dell’articolo in merito:

“La grande fuga prima della chiusura scatta oggi. Nell’ultimo weekend di spostamenti liberi la città in parte si svuoterà. Secondo le previsioni, si stima che saranno circa 200 mila le persone che lasceranno Milano tra oggi e domenica per raggiungere le proprie famiglie e tornare a casa per le feste natalizie. Difficile parlare di grande esodo, vista la capacità contenuta dei vari mezzi di trasporto che in tempi di Covid viaggiano a scartamento ridotto con meno posti disponibili”.

“In molti, in questo ultimo fine settimana di movimento libero, hanno optato invece per un volo. Dai due scali milanesi Sea, la società che li gestisce, stima che passeranno circa 80 mila persone in tre giorni, 24 mila da Linate e 56 mila da Malpensa, con oggi prevista come giornata di picco massimo”.

“Un traffico aereo per lo più in partenza che farà registrare una diminuzione dell’88 per cento rispetto a quello dello stesso periodo dell’anno scorso, ma che è comunque in rialzo rispetto a quello delle ultime settimane”.

“Si tratta nella maggior parte dei casi di voli nazionali, con qualche eccezione in decollo verso alcuni Paesi europei dove non è scattato il lockdown, e comunque tendenzialmente per rientri in luoghi di domicilio o residenza. In più, da oggi, c’è chi lascerà Milano in auto, in autonomia”.
