“Ribadisco il profondo rispetto che il governo ed io abbiamo per il Parlamento: indubbiamente i tempi erano ristretti”, per l’esame del Pnrr ma legati alla data del 30 aprile. Lo dice il premier Mario Draghi nella replica in Aula alla Camera.

Il presidente del Consiglio ha continuato: “Indubbiamente i tempi erano ristretti ma la scadenza del 30 aprile non è mediatica, è che se si arriva prima si avranno i fondi prima. La commissione andrà sui mercati a fare la provvista per il fondo a maggio, poi la finestra si chiuderà nell’estate. Se si consegna il piano subito si avrà accesso alla prima provvista sennò si andrà più avanti”.

Un riferimento poi ai ragazzi: “Ai giovani bisogna garantire casa e occupazione sicura”. 

L’esecutivo non sarà il solo protagonista della stagione del Recovery:  “La vera sfida non appena il piano viene consegnato è di trovare un modo di attuazione dove le amministrazioni locali e il governo centrale, che sono chiamati a mole di interventi, trovino uno schema di governo del piano. Il vero governo non è cosa fa Palazzo Chigi, che comitati si formano, il punto nodale è questo. È chiaro per i ministeri il processo ma è molto più complesso il coordinamento tra governo e enti locali che sono gli attuatori del piano a cui sono destinati poco meno di 90 mldl”. 

Il Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza, ha continuato, “permette investimenti che sarebbero stati impossibili e impensabili fino a pochi giorni fa. Tutto il piano è un investimento sul futuro e sulle nuove generazioni”.

Non sono mancati i riferimenti al Sud, al quale andranno 82 miliardi: “Sono misure che si inseriscono in visione complessiva per far ripartire e accelerare una crescita del Sud ferma da ormai mezzo secolo”.
