Intervista a Renzi – Le dichiarazioni di Matteo Renzi su Mario Draghi, Giuseppe Conte e non solo. Le ultime notizie dall’Italia e dal mondo sulla politica tutte le news aggiornate.
Non molla di un millimetro Matteo Renzi in una intervista su Repubblica, nel day after del Conte due e nelle prime ore di Draghi incaricato. La sua interdizione ha resoi impossibile il Conte ter e lui se ne rallegra:
“E’ probabile che io sia il più impopolare del Paese, è improbabile che Conte sia più popolare, ma è certo che Draghi sia il più competente. Va bene così”.
Un’intervista per non pentirsi di nulla e ribadire che non si trattava di poltrone ma di discontinuità e che dall’altra parte, dagli alleati (o ex alleati) c’è stato solo un muro.
“Quando noi abbiamo tolto dal tavolo tutti gli elementi divisivi, sia sui nomi che sui contenuti, e loro hanno rilanciato su giustizia e Mes. Lì ho capito che era finita”.
Renzi ribadisce che non era un problema di nomi, Boanfede, Arcuri e Azzolina ma di contenuti:
“Per me serviva cambiare sia sulla giustizia che sulla scuola che sulla gestione commissariale. I 5S hanno scelto di fare la resistenza su tutti e tre. Mi domando se i gruppi grillini fossero a conoscenza che non solo la linea era “O Conte o morte”, ma addirittura “O Bonafede Arcuri e Azzolina o morte”.
Quindi no e il leader di Italia viva ha deciso che così non si poteva andare avanti. Nell’intervista definisce “inspiegabile” la posizione del Pd:
“La linea politica del Pd in questa crisi per me è inspiegabile. Potevano svolgere una funzione di mediazione, di equilibrio, di rilancio. Hanno scelto di appiattirsi sulla posizione “O Conte o voto”. Le vicende di questi giorni dimostrano che la politica non si fa con gli aut aut ma con una paziente opera di tessitura e dialogo. C’è chi sostiene che Zingaretti e Bettini avessero una raffinata strategia in testa. Evidentemente era talmente raffinata da sembrare inesistente. O forse non l’ho capita io. Ma sinceramente oggi la priorità sono i vaccini, il Recovery Plan, il lavoro. Non Goffredo Bettini”.
Ex amici sistemati. Per Renzi adesso si deve riscrivere da capo il Recovery plan e fa sapere di non aspirare a poltrone nel governo ritenendosi troppo divisivo. E che la legisltarura deve arrivare al suo compimento naturale.
“La legislatura durerà fino al 2023. Quanto al capo dello Stato deciderà il Parlamento tra un anno. Ora preoccupiamoci di dare la fiducia al governo e lasciamolo partire per la sua navigazione”.
Difende la sua missione in Arabia Saudita, “chi conosce l’Arabia Saudita sa che sotto la leadership del principe bin Salman sta attuando il più ambizioso progetto della storia della regione, che prevede notevoli passi in avanti nella cultura, nell’innovazione e nel campo dei diritti. L’Arabia è il nostro principale partner strategico nella regione, cruciale per combattere l’estremismo. Non stiamo parlando di una democrazia occidentale, certo, ma di un Paese che sta compiendo una svolta senza precedenti. Se vogliamo far polemica su di me, facciamola: una più una meno cambia poco. Ma se vogliamo parlare di politica estera le cose sono più complesse di come appaiono. Quanto a Khashoggi, come tutti mi auguro che il processo faccia davvero giustizia”, e chiude con una nota amara:
“Dal punto di vista personale, invece, voglio rifiatare. Ho vissuto con molto dolore l’aggressione mediatica di queste settimane: l’odio e il pregiudizio non mi avevano mai fatto male come stavolta, devo confessarlo. Ma il fatto che a Palazzo Chigi stia per arrivare Draghi ci rinfranca per tutte le polemiche. Molti finalmente capiscono perché abbiamo fatto la crisi. Nonostante tutto, sì, ne valeva la pena”.
