Affitto in ritardo – Una ragazza di 21 anni è stata brutalmente picchiata con un manganello dal suo proprietario di casa, trascinata per i capelli fuori l’abitazione e pestata. Una storia dell’orrore quella avvenuta in un palazzo alla periferia di Latina lo scorso fine settimana, cui solo la prontezza della giovane – che ha urlato allarmando i vicini – è riuscita fortunatamente a mettere fine.

Secondo le ultime notizie il proprietario di casa, un uomo di 66 anni, e la sua compagna di 61 (che lo ha spalleggiato nel pestaggio), sono stati arrestati dalla polizia del commissariato di Latina. Ora si trovano in carcere e sono accusati di reati molto gravi, che vanno dalla rapina, alla violazione di domicilio, alle minacce fino alle lesioni personali.

Secondo quanto ricostruito dagli agenti, il pestaggio sarebbe avvenuto perché la ragazza non aveva pagato alcune rate dell’affitto al proprietario di casa. E così l’uomo, aiutato dalla campagna, nel fine settimana si è introdotto di soppiatto nell’appartamento con un manganello per vendicarsi della giovane, di soli 21 anni. Lei, ignara di tutto, inizialmente stava dormendo.

Ma quando ha sentito la porta aprirsi si è svegliata, ritrovandosi davanti il proprietario di casa che ha cominciato a massacrarla di botte. La coppia le ha levato il cellulare e l’ha presa per i capelli, trascinandola fuori il pianerottolo. Le urla della giovane, terrorizzata per quanto stava avvenendo, hanno allarmato i vicini di casa, che hanno chiamato la polizia.

Quando i poliziotti sono arrivati, la coppia era chiusa nell’abitazione. L’uomo ha provato ad aggredire gli agenti, che lo hanno bloccato immediatamente. Nella perquisizione dell’abitazione è stato trovato il manganello usato per picchiare la giovane, ed è stato sequestrato. Dopodiché la coppia è stata portata in carcere, a disposizione dell’autorità giudiziaria.
