Anthony Laszlo, Dade 77 accusa di plagio “Zitti e Buoni” dei Maneskin a Sanremo (video Instagram)

Anthony Laszlo – L’accusa via Instagram di plagio di Dade 77, produttore degli Anthony Laszlo, ai Maneskin per il brano portato a Sanremo “Zitti e Buoni”: il video.

Dopo l’esibizione sul palco della prima serata di Sanremo 2021, spunta l’ombra di un presunto plagio per i Maneskin. La band di giovani romani che gareggia tra i Big con il brano “Zitti e Buoni”. Una polemica sollevata in un primo momento sul web, dove sono arrivate numerose segnalazioni, poi giunta all’orecchio del produttore Dade (Linea 77), che ha postato su Instagram un video. Dade 77 mostra la somiglianza del brano in gara a Sanremo con “F.D.T “, singolo del 2015 di Anthony Laszlo.

Il brano dei Maneskin “Zitti e buoni” è stato accostato a quello blues-funky psichedelico “F.D.T. – Fuori di testa”, di Anthony Sasso e Andrea Laszlo De Simone pubblicato nel 2015. A far scattare le accuse di plagio sono state le sonorità simili. E in particolare il testo del ritornello del brano in questione cantato a squarcia gola: “Sono fuori di testa”. Molto simile a quello che Damiano, frontman della band ha cantato sul palco della prima serata del Festival. Su Instagram, il produttore Dade commenta ironicamente: “Qualcosa non quadra”, mettendo in riproduzione a confronto i due ritornelli. Interpellato durante la conferenza stampa di oggi mercoledì 3 marzo, il vicedirettore di Rai Uno Claudio Fasulo ha spiegato che finora non è arrivata alcuna segnalazione in merito. “Al momento non è arrivato nulla, ma siamo disponibili ad ascoltare chiunque lo facesse”.

Anthony Laszlo plagiati dai Maneskin? La replica di Sony: “Nessun plagio”

Nel frattempo è arrivata anche la replica da parte della casa discografica Sony Music Italia, che ha effettuato una perizia tecnica sul brano:

In merito alle notizie emerse di una possibile somiglianza del brano dei Måneskin “Zitti e buoni” rispetto a un brano già edito, si evidenzia che non solo non vi è presenza di plagio melodico sulla linea vocale (quello principalmente viene tutelato dalle attuali leggi in vigore) ma non vi è neppure un plagio strumentale sulla stessa struttura armonica come si evince da perizia tecnica di Sony. Il focus principale dell’analisi è la melodia del ritornello e nei due brani si evince la totale discordanza nella fattispecie:

  • 1. La sola coincidenza delle parole “Fuori di Testa” è elemento insufficiente in quanto esso stesso è utilizzato in note e metriche differenti. Può risaltare nell’immediato che su “Zitti e Buoni” vi è sulla melodia anche un utilizzo temporaneo della metrica terzinata, cosa che non avviene nell’altro brano.
  • 2. Le parole “Fuori di Testa” hanno nei due brani hanno uno svolgimento differente anche determinato dalla assenza o presenza di pause. In “Ftd” notiamo una pausa di ottavo (ben udibile) tra le parole “Fuori di” e “Testa”. Mentre su “Zitti e Buoni” si nota la totale assenza di pause ed anzi un esecuzione legata, più stretta e fluida, nonché, come già sottolineato, a maggior complessità ritmica (troviamo la convivenza tra sedicesimi e terzine di ottavo).
  • 3. Da notare pure il contesto semantico differente (“Vado fuori di testa” [Fdt] contro “Sono fuori di testa” [Zitti e Buoni]).
  • 4. L’utilizzo di gradi della scala (in ordine di altezza Re – Mi – Sol) ricalcanti la scala pentatonica minore di Mi (come nella stragrande maggioranza dei brani Rock) non può in alcun modo rappresentare un elemento di rassomiglianza in quanto elemento generico. Si può anche sottolineare che in “Fdt” oltre all’appoggio armonico degli accordi (chitarra e basso) vi è una ASSENZA di RIFF. Elemento che invece determina in pieno l’inciso di “Zitti e Buoni”.
