Zona gialla a Bergamo – Forse era prevedibile ed è successo: nel primo week end di zona gialla il centro di Bergamo è stato preso d’assalto, con il tutto esaurito nelle principali vie dello shopping in Città Bassa e in quelle di maggior passaggio in Città Alta.
Tanto che la polizia locale è dovuta intervenire più volte per chiudere alcune strade e per disperdere i capannelli. E alla fine il sindaco Giorgio Gori ha diffuso in appello via video.
“Era il primo sabato di zona gialla per Bergamo dopo un mese di limitazioni e negozi chiusi — dice Gori —. Abbiamo ritrovato faticosamente questa libertà di movimento e pensavo che questo week end sarebbe stato accompagnato da comportamenti responsabili e prudenti da parte dei bergamaschi”.

“Ma non è stato così: nelle vie del centro si sono riversate migliaia e migliaia di persone, la polizia locale ha dovuto chiudere XX Settembre, la Corsarola, piazza Vecchia, e intervenire a più riprese per sciogliere gruppi e capannelli soprattutto di giovani, tanti giovani arrivati dai Comuni della provincia e che non rispettavano l’uso appropriato della mascherina e delle distanze di sicurezza“.
Ancora a fine pomeriggio i vigili sono entrati in alcuni dei locali principali del centro cittadino in cui i clienti erano in quantità molto superiori al consentito.
“Tutto questo è molto stupido — continua Gori — perché di questo passo ci ritroviamo rapidamente in zona arancione se non in zona rossa. E vuol dire che molte persone torneranno a contagiarsi a riempire gli ospedali, e torneranno le limitazioni che hanno portato tanti danni agli operatori economico costretti a chiudere”.
“Chiedo a tutti, soprattutto ai ragazzi, senso di responsabilità perché abbiamo imparato com’è difficile far abbassare gli indici di contagio e com’è facile che questi risalgano, chiedo il senso di responsabilità dei bergamaschi che hanno permesso di avere adesso indici di contagio contenuti: evitiamo di rovinare tutto“.
