Sardegna zona bianca – I numeri sono da zona bianca, e la Sardegna è la prima regione a ottenere le misure di contenimento minime, che entreranno in vigore da lunedì 1 marzo. Sono però in corso trattative per graduare il passaggio ed evitare un “liberi tutti”, cominciando con la riapertura serale di bar e ristoranti e, in seguito, di tutte le altre attività.
Il ministro della Salute, Roberto Speranza, ha firmato oggi l’ordinanza, dopo che per la terza settimana consecutiva nell’isola le cifre sono state confortanti, tali da giustificare una riduzione delle misure di contenimento della pandemia. Infatti, l’Rt è il più basso in Italia (0.68) con 29,47 casi per 100.000 abitanti. Inoltre, nell’ultimo aggiornamento dell’Unità di crisi regionale sono stati rilevati 70 nuovi casi, con un tasso di positività sceso all’ 1,7%. I decessi ieri sono stati ancora alti, cinque, ma sono calati sotto i 250 i posti letto occupati da pazienti Covid negli ospedali sardi (-5) nei reparti di medicina, mentre è rimasto invariato il numero di ricoverati nelle terapie intensive.
L’isola da tre settimane registra meno di 50 casi ogni 100mila abitanti e rientra perciò nei parametri per la zona bianca, dove vige la libertà di spostamento e l’apertura di tutte le attività: bar e ristoranti, anche alla sera, piscine, palestre, luoghi di cultura, cinema e teatri. In zona bianca andrebbero comunque sempre osservate rigidamente le norme sull’obbligo di mascherina e di distanziamento nei luoghi pubblici sia al chiuso che all’aperto. Tuttavia, come detto, la riapertura completa potrebbe non partire da lunedì: quali saranno le modalità si saprà dopo l’incontro in corso.

L’ordinanza del ministro Roberto Speranza dispone anche il passaggio in area arancione di Lombardia, Marche e Piemonte e in area rossa di Basilicata e Molise. In giallo, invece la Liguria. La necessità di graduare il passaggio a zona bianca della Sardegna, in discussione al momento tra ministero della Salute, Iss e Regione, è determinata anche dalla presenza nell’isola di alcuni focolai dove si registra la diffusione della variante inglese del virus. Bono, comune del centro nord dell’isola, La Maddalena, a nord est e San Teodoro, sulla costa nord orientale, sono infatti ricorsi alla chiusura totale.
Nell’isola dell’Arcipelago Maddalenino sono stati registrati ieri 33 casi, dei quali 10 di variante inglese, troppi per 10mila800 abitanti. In Sardegna le altre zone rosse riguardano Bono, dove è stata avviata una campagna di screening di massa, e San Teodoro, dove la sindaca aveva chiesto il lockdown dopo l’individuazione di 20 nuovi contagi. Intanto continua la campagna di vaccinazione: nel sassarese è stata completata la somministrazione delle dosi agli ultraottantenni, mentre nelle prossime settimane inizierà anche nell’oristanese. Prosegue anche lo screening di massa “Sardi e sicuri” con i tamponi rapidi: il 6 e 7 marzo sarà la volta di Cagliari, a metà aprile Sassari.
In campo nazionale, intanto, il primo Dpcm del governo Draghi, che resterà in vigore fino al 6 aprile ha confermato le restrizioni fino a Pasquetta e l’attuazione di misure più severe a macchia di leopardo, nei comuni i regioni dove l’andamento dell’epidemia, in rapporto al numero di abitanti e disponibilità di posti in terapia intensiva, consiglia prudenza. Sono così state inserite in zona rossa Molise e Basilicata e da lunedì saranno in zona arancione Lombardia, Piemonte e Marche. Cambia la regola per i parrucchieri, che al momento restavano aperti pur se in zona rossa e invece torneranno tra gli esercizi chiusi come nel periodo di pieno lockdown.
Una speranza per i cinema e i teatri, che con ingressi contingentati, potranno riaprire dal 27 marzo se in zona gialla. A consigliare prudenza fino a Pasqua è stato il numero di contagi in aumento su base nazionale (oltre 20mila), con il tasso di positività schizzato al 6,3% e l’indice Rt nazionale stabile a 0,99, ma ben sopra 1 in 10 Regioni.
