Nuovo Dpcm Natale, sci e covid, misure per le regioni. Sono i temi che il presidente del Consiglio, Giuseppe Conte, ha affrontato nella conferenza stampa con il collega spagnolo Pedro Sanchez rispondendo alle domande sull’emergenza Coronavirus e sui provvedimenti relativi a zona rossa, arancione, gialla.
“Ho avuto colloqui con rappresentanti delle istituzioni europee per ottenere un coordinamento delle misure restrittive, in particolare per gli impianti sciistici e tutto ciò che ruota attorno alle vacanze di Natale e alle infrastrutture. C’è una comune preoccupazione. Nel pieno della seconda ondata non possiamo pensare a vacanze in montagna come gli altri anni”.

“Auspico una risposta europea e credo sia opportuna, questo non significa invadere le prerogative dei singoli stati, ognuno sarà libero di adottare le misure che ritiene. Ci stiamo premurando affinché, se si va all’estero in modo massiccio per le vacanze, non si possa rientrare senza alcun controllo. Non vogliamo limitare i trasferimenti transfrontalieri”.
Capitolo Nuovo Dpcm: “Stiamo lavorando alle misure di Natale, confido che già nei prossimi giorni potremo definire un pacchetto di misure adatte a intervenire su quelle che altrimenti potrebbero essere occasioni molto intense di socialità nel periodo natalizio”.
“Ci rendiamo conto che i cittadini devono programmare eventuali spostamenti, ma al di là della colorazione delle regioni pensiamo che in quel periodo si debbano introdurre misure e maggiori cautele per prevenire una nuova impennata del contagio. Il numero dei decessi è molto chiaro, non possiamo accettare lo stress che grava sui servizi sanitari”.
E la scuola? “La scuola va riaperta il prima possibile, evitando disagi per i nostri giovani che devono poter vivere la ricchezza di un rapporto formativo che si basa sull’interrelazione in diretta, in presenza, dei compagni tra loro e con i docenti”.
“Non appena riporteremo sotto controllo la curva dei contagi torneremo quanto più possibile con la didattica in presenza. Quella è la pienezza di esperienza formativa che vogliamo offrire ai nostri ragazzi”.
