A rischiare più di tutte è la Toscana, che potrebbe unirsi alle dieci che già si trovano nella fascia delle misure più dure.
Altre regioni in bilico – lievemente meno a rischio – sono Calabria e Valle d’Aosta. In quest’ultima la situazione è peggiorata solo nell’ultima settimana (dati che non saranno ancora riportati nel prossimo dossier dell’Iss): non sarebbero stati rilevati 250 casi ogni 100mila abitanti – elemento discriminante per l’assegnazione della zona rossa – e l’impatto sugli ospedali resta relativamente basso, ma nelle ultime ore l’Rt è decisamente sopra 1,5.
In Calabria e Liguria, invece, i dati non sembrano cresciuti in maniera allarmante rispetto alle precedenti settimane.
Non solo colori e chiusure. Prima della sua prima riunione – prevista nelle prossime ore – il nuovo Comitato Tecnico Scientifico in versione ridotta è già orfano di uno dei suoi componenti: Alberto Giovanni Gerli, uno dei dodici membri nominati, ha comunicato la rinuncia all’incarico. In due diversi interventi Sinistra Italiana e Verdi avevano criticato la nomina di Gerli.

In attesa del report dell’Istituto Superiore di Sanità, il governatore Eugenio Giani commenta l’aumento dei contagi in Toscana e con cautela auspica una conferma: “ce lo aspettavamo: siamo a 246 contagi su 100mila abitanti quindi sotto la soglia di 250, la Toscana quindi può pensare, ragionevolmente, di rimanere in zona arancione anche per la settimana prossima”. Ma l’intento ora è di andare avanti “con il metodo che ormai usiamo da quattro settimane cioè ritagliando la zona rossa per quelle zone di livello provinciale in cui si supera” quella soglia.
“Oltre quelle che già conosciamo, Pistoia e Prato”, adesso rischiano la zona rossa “la provincia di Arezzo dove faremo una valutazione nelle prossime ore e tra le altre province più a rischio c’è quella di Grosseto”. Le uniche ad essere ‘rosse’ già da due settimane – e dunque con la possibilità di eventuali cambiamenti di fascia – sono Campania e Molise: quest’ultima potrebbe sperare nel passo verso l’arancione a fronte di un lieve abbassamento dei contagi anche se nella stessa regione in queste ore la percentuale dei posti letto occupati da pazienti Covid nelle terapie intensive, rispetto al totale di quelli disponibili, si attesta al 44% a fronte del 37% della percentuale nazionale. Dovrebbe invece restare invariata la situazione della Sardegna ma – con il leggero peggioramento – si corre sul filo del rasoio della fascia bianca.
Qualsiasi siano i risultati del prossimo monitoraggio e le eventuali ordinanze firmate dal ministro Roberto Speranza, in tanti confidano già nei dati del report che sarà pubblicato invece la prossima settimana, il prossimo 26 marzo. Per quella data potrebbe aprirsi per diversi territori la possibilità di andare in arancione e di essere quindi sottoposti a minori restrizioni nella prima metà della settimana di Pasqua, fino al 2 aprile.
