Nuova ordinanza De Luca Campania – Ultime notizie Coronavirus Campania, arriva una nuova ordinanza a firma di Vincenzo De Luca, neo rieletto presidente della Campania. Ci sono nuove misure restrittive per il contenimento del contagio di Covid-19. Ecco l’anteprima del testo che sarà emesso nel pomeriggio:
Nuova ordinanza De Luca Campania, nuovi divieti tra matrimoni e bar
“E’ in pubblicazione l’ordinanza n.75 firmata dal Presidente Vincenzo De Luca, che contiene ulteriori misure di prevenzione e contenimento del contagio da Covid-19.
Si anticipa la parte ordinativa del testo:
Con decorrenza immediata e fino al 7 ottobre 2020, salvo ulteriori modifiche in conseguenza dell’andamento della situazione epidemiologica quotidianamente rilevata:
1.1.l’esercizio e la fruizione delle attività connesse a Cinema, Teatri e Spettacoli dal vivo, Ristorazione e Bar, Wedding e Cerimonie, sono subordinati alla stretta osservanza dei protocolli;
1.2.lo svolgimento di feste e di ricevimenti è consentito esclusivamente nel rispetto del limite massimo di n. 20 partecipanti per ciascun evento e nell’osservanza delle ulteriori misure previste dai protocolli;
1.3.a tutti gli esercizi commerciali (ivi compresi bar, chioschi, pizzerie, ristoranti, pub, vinerie, supermercati),dalle ore 22,00 è fatto divieto di vendita con asporto di bevande alcoliche, di qualsiasi gradazione, nonché di tenere in funzione distributori automatici. Resta consentita la somministrazione al banco, nel rispetto del distanziamento obbligatorio, nonché ai tavoli, purché nel rispetto dei Protocolli vigenti. Agli esercizi che non possano garantire dette misure è fatto obbligo di chiusura alle ore 22,00;
1.4.dalle ore 22,00 alle ore 06, 00 è fatto divieto di consumo di bevande alcoliche, di qualsiasi gradazione, nelle aree pubbliche ed aperte al pubblico, ivi comprese le ville e i parchi comunali, nonché nelle aree prospicienti bar ed altri locali pubblici;
1.5.resta sospesa l’attività di sagre e fiere e, in generale, ogni attività o evento il cui svolgimento o fruizione non si svolga in forma statica e con postazioni fisse.
1.6.è fatto divieto di salire a bordo dei mezzi di trasporto ai passeggeri che non indossino la mascherina. Eventuali passeggeri sprovvisti di mascherina devono, in ogni caso, essere sanzionati in conformità a quanto previsto ed essere invitati a scendere immediatamente e comunque appena possibile dal mezzo, al fine di evitare ogni ulteriore rischio connesso alla permanenza a bordo in assenza di dispositivi di protezione. In caso di rifiuto, deve essere disposto il blocco del bus o del treno e richiesto l’intervento delle Forze dell’ordine.
Per quanto non previsto dal presente provvedimento, restano confermate e prorogate fino al 7 ottobre 2020 le disposizioni di cui all’Ordinanza n.72 del 24 settembre 2020, pubblicata sul BURC in pari data. Restano altresì confermate le disposizioni di cui alle Ordinanze n.73 del 25 settembre 2020 e n.74 del 27 settembre 2020, pubblicate sul BURC nella data di adozione.
Si rammenta che ai sensi delle ordinanze, è fatto obbligo, tra l’altro:
– di rilevare la temperatura corporea dei dipendenti ed utenti degli uffici pubblici ed aperti al pubblico e di impedire l’ingresso, contattando il Dipartimento di prevenzione della ASL competente, laddove venga rilevata una temperatura superiore a 37,5 °C;
– per i gestori di ristoranti ed altri esercizi analoghi della identificazione di almeno un soggetto per tavolo o per gruppo di avventori, della rilevazione e conservazione dei dati di idoneo documento di identità al fine di metterla a disposizione dell’Autorità Sanitaria, ove richiesto;
– di indossare la mascherina nei luoghi all’aperto, durante l’intero arco della giornata, a prescindere dalla distanza interpersonale, fatte salve le previsioni degli specifici protocolli di settore vigenti (ad esempio per le attività di ristorazione, bar, sport all’aperto), approvati o prorogati con le ordinanze o riportati in allegato al DPCM 7 settembre 2020. L’obbligo rimane escluso per i bambini al di sotto dei sei anni, per i portatori di patologie incompatibili con l’uso della mascherina e durante l’esercizio in forma individuale di attività motoria e/o sportiva;
– ai titolari di esercizi commerciali, pubblici o aperti al pubblico, anche in deroga ai protocolli allegati alle ordinanze di effettuare la misurazione della temperatura corporea all’ingresso dei locali di esercizio, e di assicurare la presenza di dispenser di gel e/o soluzioni igienizzanti, subordinando l’accesso ai locali al chiuso alla previa igienizzazione delle mani e al riscontro di temperatura inferiore a 37,5 °C;
E’ fatta raccomandazione a tutti i soggetti appartenenti alle categorie fragili di non esporsi a rischi sanitari collegati ad eventi o situazioni climatiche e ad adottare una linea di massima prudenza nelle relazioni interpersonali.
E’ fatta raccomandazione alle Forze dell’Ordine di assicurare i necessari controlli sull’osservanza del presente provvedimento”.
