“Sono misure di buonsenso che hanno un impatto sulla qualità della vita, penso che dovremmo invece concentrarci sulla capacità che abbiamo di bloccare la trasmissione del virus sul territorio”
L’esperto riporta poi un esempio legato al Veneto: “Lì abbiamo avuto 366 casi e 360 isolamenti, ogni caso genera almeno 10-15 contatti quindi avremmo in isolamento almeno 5mila persone”.
Poi continua: “Il sistema è collassato, via via che i casi sono aumentati, la capacità di contact tracing e fare tamponi diminuisce e si entra in un circolo vizioso che fa aumentare la trasmissione del virus”.
“Più che misure sui comportamenti occorre bloccare il virus: tra 15 giorni non vorrei trovarmi a discutere di 10-12mila casi al giorno“, conclude Andrea Crisanti.
