Lockdown Italia – La corsa del Covid non si arresta e l’Italia diventa rossa: da lunedì la maggior parte delle Regioni, potrebbero essere 16, sarà di fatto in lockdown, con le scuole di ogni ordine e grado in didattica a distanza, bar, ristoranti e negozi chiusi, possibilità di uscire da casa solo per comprovate esigenze lavorative, motivi di salute o situazioni di necessità, nessuna possibilità di andare a trovare parenti e amici una volta al giorno.
A certificare il nuovo peggioramento della situazione in tutto il paese sono i dati del monitoraggio settimanale e il Consiglio dei ministri, convocato nelle prossime ore, darà il via libera alle nuove misure per l’ulteriore stretta, necessaria alla luce della crescita dei contagi dovuta alle varianti diffuse ormai in tutto il paese e responsabili di oltre la metà dei nuovi casi accertati. I dati ufficiali arriveranno solo dopo la riunione della cabina di regia e la validazione da parte del Comitato tecnico scientifico, ma la tendenza è già chiarissima tanto che diversi presidenti di Regione hanno annunciato loro stessi il passaggio in zona rossa.
Lockdown Italia, ecco cosa sta succedendo
Prima però della firma del ministro della Salute Roberto Speranza sulle ordinanze che delineeranno la nuova mappa dei colori dell’Italia a partire da lunedì, il ministro per gli Affari Regionali Mariastella Gelmini, lo stesso Speranza e il Cts incontreranno le Regioni assieme ai rappresentanti di Comuni e Province: una riunione informale che servirà all’esecutivo per illustrare le misure che dovrebbero essere approvate dal Cdm con un decreto legge, anche se in un primo momento si era ipotizzato un disegno di legge.
La velocità con cui corre il virus ha obbligato però il governo a scegliere una strada più veloce. Nel provvedimento entrerà il criterio in base al quale con un’incidenza settimanale di 250 casi ogni 100mila abitanti si entra automaticamente in zona rossa – bocciato a gennaio dai governatori ma sul quale c’è una sostanziale condivisione in tutto il governo – e la stretta per Pasqua come già è stato fatto a Natale, dunque tutta Italia in rosso dal venerdì santo al giorno di Pasquetta. Discussione ancora aperta invece sulla possibilità di abbassare la soglia dell’Rt con il quale si entra in zona arancione (ora è all’1) e sul coprifuoco anticipato.
Quel che è già abbastanza chiaro a tutti, in ogni caso, è che i dati del monitoraggio combinati con le nuove misure proietteranno gran parte dell’Italia in zona rossa. Speranza dovrebbe firmare le ordinanze dopo l’entrata in vigore del nuovo decreto legge e le misure scatteranno da lunedì: in zona rossa si andrà dunque con un Rt superiore a 1,25 nel valore inferiore o con un’incidenza di 250 casi ogni 100mila abitanti.
