Ivan Busso, famoso falconiere di 42 anni, è morto il primo gennaio. Il giorno del suo funerale, venerdì 15, è stato don Alessandro, parroco della chiesa di Malcontenta, a dare la notizia, durante l’omelia: “Purtroppo in queste ore è morta anche la mamma di Ivan”. Si chiamava Gina Smerghetto, aveva 65 anni, abitava Marghera.
A distanza di tre giorni, la scorsa notte, è morto anche Gianni Busso, 72 anni, il papà di Ivan e il marito di Gina. “L’unica consolazione”, dicono gli amici stretti nel dolore, “è pensare che ora sono tutti e tre insieme, in cielo”.
Una famiglia uccisa dal Covid, un calvario iniziato i primi giorni di dicembre. Ivan, sposato e con un bimba di 2 anni, residente a Mira, ha accusato i primi sintomi il 3 dicembre. La febbre alta, l’esito positivo del tampone molecolare, e il ricovero al Covid Hospital di Dolo, nella Riviera del Brenta. Prima nel reparto di medicina e poi in terapia intensiva. Con il passare dei giorni le condizioni si sono aggravate a causa di un’ulteriore infezione. E il primo gennaio è morto.
