Fontana sul DPCM – Attilio Fontana, presidente della Regione Lombardia, parla nel corso di Agenda su Sky Tg 24, tornando a parlare del divieto di uscire dal Comune per Natale, Santo Stefano e Capodanno. Ecco le sue parole:
“Non avremmo mai potuto accettare soluzioni di questo genere. Se i miei genitori abitano nel mio Comune posso andare a mangiare da loro. Se abitano a 500 metri ma in un altro Comune no. Mi si spieghi dal punto di vista sanitario la differenza”.

Inoltre, Fontana ha parlato della lettera inviata dal suo avvocato ai pm di Milano riguardo alla possibile trattativa privata da parte della centrale di acquisto della Regione per i vaccini antinfluenzali. Lettera a cui i magistrati hanno risposto appunto che non impediscono l’attività dell’amministrazione:
“Sono ben cosciente che i pm non impediscono nessun tipo di attività. Evidentemente la lettera è stata mal scritta o mal letta. Non chiedevo alcun tipo di autorizzazione alla Procura anche perché è illegittimo non è previsto dalle normative. Io sono convinto che avremmo potuto acquistare a trattativa perché personalmente sono stato nominato soggetto attuatore e ho trasferito questa mia possibilità alla società Aria”.
“Quindi, il mio era un tentativo di dimostrare ai dipendenti di Aria che si poteva svolgere questa vendita a trattativa privata al punto che io lo dicevo alla magistratura, per dimostrare che non c’era nulla di opaco. Io ero convinto che si potesse fare. I miei dipendenti avevano dei dubbi e io ho detto lo comunichiamo alla magistratura”.
Su Giulio Gallera, Fontana ha concluso: “Ogni tempo per ogni problema. Io credo che in questo momento ci si debba concentrare su questa epidemia che ha ripreso corso e che sembra che si stia leggermente e lentamente spegnendo. Le cose importanti sono la salute dei cittadini, il rilancio dell’economia e la difesa delle tante categorie che si trovano in un momento di estrema difficoltà”.
