Cocaina in cambio di mascherine e gel, proprio nel periodo in cui i prezzi dei presidi sanitari erano alle stelle. È uno dei particolari del maxi blitz contro il traffico di droga eseguito stamattina dalla polizia di Milano (commissariato Comasina e squadra Mobile) che ha portato a 24 misure cautelari.
L’ordinanza, a firma del gip Guido Salvini sulla base delle richieste della pm Francesca Crupi, rivela i particolari di un mercato della droga che non si è fermato nemmeno durante il primo, e più rigido, lockdown.
In uno dei passaggi del provvedimento, viene documentata una ‘cessione’ risalente al 27 febbraio dell’anno scorso, ad appena una settimana dalla scoperta del paziente 1 a Codogno. Sono le 13.22 e a comprare la droga è un infermiere di 49 anni; questi per acquistarla si rivolge a Euprepio Carbone, che si faceva chiamare Genny Savastano, come il personaggio di Gomorra.

Dopo i convenevoli di rito, l’infermiere riferisce al suo fornitore che aveva “appena smontato dalla notte e che gli aveva portato una serie di prodotti sanitari di difficile reperibilità, considerata l’emergenza Coronavirus”.
“Si ritiene – si legge ancora – che se ne sia precedentemente appropriato. Verosimilmente durante il turno di notte da lui stesso citato, in ragione del suo status di operatore sanitario”.
Subito dopo Carbone dà al suo cliente “un grammo di cocaina al prezzo scontato di 50 euro, sconto verosimilmente derivato dal materiale sanitario regalatogli dall’infermiere”. Le considerazioni si evincono anche dalle intercettazioni riportate nell’ordinanza: “Ascoltami queste sono le mascherine, queste sono quelle chirurgiche e queste FFP3, capito?Questa è l’amuchina, va bene? Fanne quello che vuoi! Questo è disinfettante per le mani chirurgico, costa un botto di soldi, lo diluisci , ti fai i tagli alle mani, è ottimo. Le mascherine quando ne ha ancora di più te le do senza problemi“.
Il risultato è che il trafficante invia un messaggio vocale alla moglie. “Vedi che il dottore dove sono andato adesso mi ha dato mascherine, amuchina, sapone per le mani. Stasera porto tutto a casa”.
L’organizzazione dei trafficanti
L’indagine ha smantellato un’organizzazione composta da fornitori albanesi e da spacciatori italiani. Agivano indisturbati a Milano, nonostante il lockdown “disponendo di grosse risorse economiche ed avvalendosi della vicinanza a note famiglie criminali come i Pompeo e i Falchi”, ras della criminalità di Quarto Oggiaro e della Comasina.
Il legame con i ‘boss’ della periferia del nord di Milano è determinato dal fatto che la compagna di uno dei trafficanti albanesi arrestati è “in stretti rapporti con componenti della famiglia Flachi e ed è legata, anche per rapporti di parentela, a componenti della famiglia Pompeo con i quali parla delle attività delittuose in corso”, scrive il gip. In un’altra occasione è uno dei subordinati italiani a minacciare un altro, dicendo di “lavorare per i Flachi”.
“Gli indagati – prosegue il giudice – godono del resto di una fitta rete di contatti cui rivolgersi sia per l’approvvigionamento che per la vendita, al dettaglio o all’ingrosso, vantando contatti con moltissimi acquirenti, di qualsiasi estrazione sociale e capacità economica, dimostrando un impegno incessante nel gestire gli appuntamenti e la successiva cessione”
Per questo la loro attività “fiorente” non ha subito nessun contraccolpo neanche durante i mesi del confinamento. La macchina dello spaccio era “collaudata”, secondo le evidenze investigative, anche da un punto di vista pratico. “Gli indagati hanno perfezionato le modalità di acquisto, confezionamento e distribuzione e hanno continua disponibilità di stupefacente, di mezzi da utilizzare, di ‘cavalli’ e di una filiera criminale, che si occupa delle consegne”.
