Covid Lazio – Alessio D’Amato, l’assessore alla Sanità del Lazio, l’uomo che nella giunta di Nicola Zingaretti disegna la strategia anti-Covid, ha rilasciato una lunga intervista ai microfoni de Il Messaggero. Eccone un estratto:
La seconda ondata non è ancora finita e già si parla della terza. Le restrizioni di oggi, come lo stop a bar e ristoranti alle 18 e il coprifuoco dalle 22, fino a quando dovrebbero durare nel Lazio? L’orizzonte qual è?
«La primavera. Naturalmente ci saranno interventi per le attività che rimarranno chiuse, come per le palestre, per il mondo della cultura, per il commercio ambulante dei mercati. Una cosa deve essere chiara: le misure adottate sono e saranno sempre proporzionali alla situazione dell’epidemia. Nel Lazio siamo stati prudenti e Roma oggi è tra le capitali europee che, pur con molte difficoltà, hanno sofferto meno, grazie al rigore dei comportamenti e anche alle misure che abbiamo adottato. Ora bisogna proseguire».
Covid Lazio, locali chiusi alle 18 fino a marzo
Quando a fine novembre si ipotizzava un allentamento pre-natalizio, per esempio concedendo ai ristoranti di aprire di sera, il Lazio ha subito detto: qui le cose non cambiano, massima cautela. Alla fine anche a livello nazionale quell’allentamento non c’è stato.
«Era inevitabile. Tutto ciò che facilita gli spostamenti e gli incontri, la convivialità diciamo, è benzina nel motore del virus. Abbiamo visto quello che è accaduto in estate e quanto ci abbiamo impiegato per far scendere la curva. Ed è vero che oggi diminuiscono i ricoveri e i posti occupati in terapia intensiva, ma abbiamo ancora 1.500 casi al giorno. Non sono pochi se pensiamo che quando è partita la seconda ondata, intorno a metà settembre, dovevamo confrontarci con qualche centinaio di positivi al massimo».
E il 7 gennaio riaprono le scuole superiori…
«Ecco perché dico: bisogna ancora far scendere l’Rt, se vogliamo stare tranquilli nei prossimi mesi. Speriamo di arrivare per gennaio a 0,5, ma abbiamo davanti settimane in cui la gente si muoverà. Per questo serve ancora il massimo rigore».
Il ministro Azzolina ha lasciato un certo margine di scelta alle Regioni. Le scuole come riapriranno nel Lazio?
«La prima cosa da dire è una: in classe bisogna portare la mascherina sempre, anche al banco, basta demagogie. Lo abbiamo detto all’Ufficio scolastico regionale, che dipende dal Ministero. Poi saranno potenziati i bus, ce ne stiamo occupando con l’Astral, l’agenzia regionale, insieme alla Prefettura. Per i tamponi, a gennaio contiamo di avere 150mila test con prelievo salivare».
