Così il professor Matteo Bassetti, nel corso di una diretta Instagram, con il leader della Lega, Matteo Salvini.

“Voglio dare un messaggio positivo, ma bisogna stare attenti, è probabile che a gennaio e febbraio avremo dei nuovi casi, bisogna evitare assembramenti, qualcuno si è lasciato andare, giustamente, dopo tanti mesi, ma bisogna stare attenti. La situazione è decisamente migliorata da un paio di settimane”, aggiunge l’infettivologo.

Bassetti è sembrato più prudente di quanto pensasse Salvini.

A quest’ultimo, infatti, il medico ha spiegato che una terza ondata è possibile.

“Bisogna stare attenti perché il rischio di una potenziale terza ondata da coronavirus è presente. Ovvero: è probabile che noi a gennaio/febbraio avremo sicuramente dei nuovi casi. Questo mi pare evidente e fa parte anche della convivenza. Quindi bisogna avere molta attenzione a evitare dei comportamenti rischiosi”.
