Bassetti dalla D’Urso. Il Prof. Matteo Bassetti, direttore della Clinica Malattie Infettive dell’Ospedale San Martino di Genova. Nonché Presidente della Società Italiana di Terapia Antinfettiva (SITA), Membro del comitato esecutivo del Piano Nazionale per lotta alla Resistenza-Antimicrobica (PNCAR) del Ministero, torna a parlare. Bassetti è intervenuto questa sera, domenica 1° novembre, a Live – Non è la D’Urso. Ecco le sue parole:

“Barbara è molto importante lanciare questi messaggi: gli asintomatici non devono fare nessuna terapia, se si ha qualche problema non bisogna andare nei pronti soccorsi ad affollarli. E soprattutto di curarsi a casa il più possibile. Avremmo dovuto lavorare su queste situazioni, ahimè non si è lavorato”.

“Avremmo dovuto fare dei protocolli nazionali per la cura del Covid, per i criteri di ospedalizzazione. Purtroppo tutto questo non è stato fatto. Io l’ho proposto 3 mesi fa, ne è testimone il vice ministro Sileri”.

“Evitiamo di fare ciò che sta accadendo in Italia, usando antipiretici, eparina, antibiotici. Con un cocktail di farmaci che non vanno bene al nostro corpo”.

“Io intanto, per quello che è successo negli ultimi 9 mesi, aspetterei ancora prima di commentare questo DPCM. Sono stati fatti tanti annunci, troppi. Bisognava adeguarsi in base all’RT delle varie regioni. Il territorio è molto diverso, occorreva intervenire prima in alcune città più a rischio. In altri territori del nostro paese la situazione è molto diversa, rispetto ad esempio a Milano”.

“Situazione scuola, se in tutto il resto d’Europa le hanno lasciate aperte ci sarà un motivo? O nel resto d’Europa sono scemi? Varrebbe la pena evitare di ripetere gli errori già commessi in passato”.

Queste invece le parole di Bassetti rilasciate quest’oggi da Mara Venier a Domenica In:

“In una situazione del genere bisogna fare qualcosa per vietare che i contagi crescano ancora. Io credo che abbiamo una fascia della popolazione, gli ultra-settantenni, che sono le persone da mettere in sicurezza. Si potrebbe pensare a una differenziazione degli orari, la mattina presto ai lavoratori e dopo gli anziani. La chiusura delle scuole, almeno asili ed elementari, è da evitare perché poi i bambini stanno con i nonni”.
