Assurdo a Como – Vicenda surreale avvenuta nella cittadina lombarda, dove un senzatetto è stato multato poiché era in strada. Ecco l’assurda storia raccontata dall’edizione online del quotidiano La Stampa:
“Inflessibili anche davanti all’assurdo. Una pattuglia della Questura di Como, impegnata nei controlli per il rispetto delle restrizioni per fermare il contagio, ha multato un senzatetto, Pasquale Giudice, 63enne comasco che da tempo vive per strada. «Veniva controllato in via Cesare Cantù senza essere in grado di motivare il suo spostamento dal suo domicilio, residenza o abitazione» si legge nel verbale firmato alle 21.15 dai poliziotti”.
Assurdo a Como, la notizia riportata da La Stampa
“Si da il caso che la ”casa” di Pasquale Giudice sono i portici del liceo Volta di via Cesare Cantù. Insomma, quando è stato controllato era a casa. Ora dovrà pagare una multa di 280 euro entro cinque giorni o 400 euro se non paga subito. «Per per essersi spostato dal suo domicilio senza un reale motivo», violando le norme anti Covid“.
«Pasquale vive da dieci anni per strada e molti comaschi lo conoscono come una presenza ormai fissa sotto al portico del Liceo Volta di Como – afferma Mattia de Marco, Giovani Democratici di Como, nonché uno dei tanti volontari che assistono i senza tetto –. Questa vicenda è l’ennesimo sviluppo di una situazione, quella dei senzatetto comaschi, che arriva oggi a un picco drammatico e paradossale».
«Ogni volta sembra che si tocchi il fondo ma si continua a scendere sempre più in basso quando a Como si parla di senzatetto. La verità è che il problema dev’essere affrontato una volta per tutte e in maniera strutturale». Commentano Tommaso Legnani, segretario cittadino del Partito Democratico, e Francesco Giudici, segretario dei Giovani Democratici.
“Sul nuovo caso che scuote Como interviene anche Angelo Orsenigo, consigliere regionale dem: «E’ ridicolo e crudele che si punisca qualcuno perché non ha un domicilio nel quale rientrare. Chiedo al questore di Como di ritirare la multa”.
“Non solo perché nella pratica ammonta a una somma impossibile da pagare per chi è già in una condizione di grave indigenza ma perché rischia di rafforzare l’impressione che Como e le sue istituzioni non abbiano pietà per i poveri in un momento così difficile».
